This is one of the most BS rulings by the supreme court ever. If they wanted to piss off a ton of Americans by passing one leagal thing, this should do it.

Basically, we can sue big conglomorates anymore- in class action lawsuits.

How would a dictatorship be better? Do you mean a constitutional monarchy, it has a parliament along with a king and queen.

No, a government that decides (almost) everything without a vote. A C&B system would keep this intact. We would still be able to impeach the people we don't quite agree with so, theoretically, the government would be (near) perfect.

With a dictatorship 1 person and his affiliates has control over anything. With this, he would make it unable to be impeached. It would never work. Have you learned at all from places like Egypt, Libya... Yemen? And I'm not sure what you mean by C&B?

Checks and Balance system, my friend. It must if someone tries to change a major law in the country they'll be impeached immediately. There are, however, different forms of this. America has a less strict one that is much different from most others'. A major law can only be changed if 90% of the country agrees, according the ideal C&B system.

Well then it is no better than a monarchy, and a constitutional monarchy at that. I don't think you know the difference between the two.

Well. If you look strictly at my idea and you don't base your knowledge off of any other similar scenario, what problems would arise? I see none.

So your saying... That as long as people didn't exist and we were genetically modified geniuses the world would be great... Good fantasy, can we get serious?

Not quite.
http://ilovebacteria.com/blog/?p=16 Evolution is not perfect.[/url] Basically, I'm saying that we'll never be "geniuses" because it's impossible for all of us to be equally smart, like in the theory of Evolution it isn't possible for a species to achieve perfection. I'm just saying it is possible for people to accept this idea for the government. Just so you know, not everyone has to agree on everything.

But if people do accept this style of Government, which they wouldn't, there would always be scorn because people would not think alike and it would not be a utopia. All utopias are distopias.

Why the hell wouldn't they!? You need to explain yourself. Why are all utopias dystopias? Of course people won't always think alike. That's what I was getting at with my evolution analogy.

They wouldn't accept it because they're too lazy to get rid of this government, and it would be too radical. People have a inner fear of dictatorships bred from the innocence of adolescent.

If you believe in a utopian government with dictatorship, it will cause scorn with many, many people, thus causing a distopia of people wanting something else, it will be like an anarchic bipartisanship.

I never said it would create a utopia. Just an amazing government. How are people too lazy? People sometimes support radical ideas AND go through with them too. For proof, click here. People are sometimes scared of dictatorships but we could teach them differently.

Yes, but that was when people were bold enough to get off their *****. There are only a handful of people that would do that now.

Dictatorships are a worm of evil that has dug deeply into the mind of Americans, there is no way the word dictatorship would even be considered in government.

There are many people who are rebels.
Examples:
-Africa
-Egypt
-Libya
There's more, but I'm too lazy to find them. There are also many examples of when people's ideas have changed greatly. People believed in the church since Jesus, then in the mid 1500's, they went with science. Now they're divided.
