Mortal Kombat for PS3 that just came out is a pretty good fighting style game.

For Role-Playing Games, I wuld say Final Fantasy Dissendia, or just the classic versions.

Multi-player shooter would be Black Ops obviously.

Game demos are fun to play when bored.
