like i no realistc is a good thing but the new GTAIV is a bit to much realistic and makes it much harder like in IV i was runnign away from a man and i went down stairs and i got killed cos u cant run down stair like in real life lol(anoing if u ask me)
San Andreas' massive size, long storyline and no shortage of mini-games kept me entertained for months, but I felt the storyline was lacking in some respects, and the a few aspects of the game mechanics just bugged me.
GTAIV's excellent storyline, new gameplay elements and mechanics (which I've yet to find any significant fault with) have kept me glued to the screen since I bought it. Though, I do miss the game size we came accustomed to in San Andreas and the side-missions didn't last me all that long.
Overall, each game has it's ups and downs. I personally don't think one is better than the other.
i perfer San Andreas. i like the biking skill, gun skill, and muscle levels, and the side missions rule. actually, side missions are my favorite part of GTA games. they are the reasons for my choices in how much i like the GTA games, and the order they are in.
Taxi driver: in all three, fun and, in all but 4, is easily accessed.
Vigilante: slightly more difficult, but i find more rewarding. yet again, fairly easy in all three.
FireFighter: one of my favorites ever, but not in 4. can be dificult to get in the very begining, but very rewarding.
Robbery: can only be done in vice city and san andreas, although they are two different things. in vice city, when you piont a gun at a cashier for longs enough, money appears and you get a wanted level. in san andreas, you actually go into peoples houses and steal their stuff. if you could do the vice city robbery more than once at the same place, i would like it more than the san andreas version, but you can't, so san andreas wins.
paramedic: pretty much just a more complicated taxi driver mission.only in vice city and San Andreas.
Delivery: in vice city and 4. in vice city its pizzas, in 4 its drugs.
Freight: only in San Andreas. steal a train, drive it from piont A to piont B. harder than it sounds, they take a while to slow down, and it is possible to drive them off the tracks if your not careful. pays hansomly.
pimping: pretty much taxi driver, only its the same two people, and you have to go somewhere to pick them up. sometimes, you have to beat people up. only in San Andreas.
