So I've started up planking in my school this past week, I've gotten quite a few followers now who plank with me but I've decided to create this thread to inform you all of planking.
First off Rules of Planking:

1/ You must always lay face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the Plank.
2/ Your legs must remain straight, and together with toes pointed.
3/ Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and fingers pointed.
4/ You must make it known that you are Planking. Saying 'I am Planking' usually get this across. Sternly announcing it will ensure a good result.
5/ Your safety should always be considered. Properly thought through Planking procedures should always go to plan. Never put your self at undue risk.
6/ Every Plank that is captured must be named.

Lol, I actually thought those were rather funny. Now, let's see you plank on a smokestack. :P


that is amazing, but rather insane. I hope you don't go throught that kind of trouble, and that you don't get killed. good luck!

Very nice. On a side note, an Aussie died after falling 7 stories while attempting to plant between two balconies. Just be careful, though the most 'dangerous' one you've pulled off is the one above the doors. :P

actually Maverick, the most dangerous one is the one on the wall ladder, it's about 14 feet in the air...

I redid the closer double doors, it's not not so blurry...
the bathroom one i'm going to redo as well, i don't like the way it turned out...
There is one in there with a basketball hoop as reference for height...but i'm actually higher than the top of the backboard...

There's something about three men lying like a board on top of tables that brings a smile to my face. :]
Seriously though, I'm trying to figure out how the heck you're remaining stable on some of those.

We're actually in a classroom Haha, im on a teachers desk xD! The teacher left and we ran in real fast

A lot of my friends plank and they have gotten in a lot of trouble for it. Apparently teachers don't like people balancing 30 feet in the air.
