And where does it say there is no sin in heaven? We are free to choose.
There is no sin in Heaven, angels are perfect, Lucifer the angel committed a sin in Heaven and was cast out with his numerous followers. All humans are sinners, some humans are allowed into Heaven. Heaven is sinless. Ain't it nice to not find contradictory claims in a religion?
To me u my friend just anwserd the question of life. we are here on earth to simply make a choice. And that choice is whether we want to believe in God and Jesus Christ as his son or to deny this and live by our own rules. Ur given two paths, A and B, which lead to Z A is much shorter and easier to get to Z But B is full of bumps and test, but in the end B is the most rewarding. With Z being death, A leads to hell, and B leads to heaven...
Cause u see god will truly test those who believe in him, but in the end they get the true reward
@razinskie, I got two things to oppose. It sounds nice what you're saying but
1. it is not objective. In your example you already assume that path B is the right one since it leads to heaven. The two different points shouldn't have an already established Z point; Z is death, end. There is only one thing that comes after Z, either afterlife or nothing; your belief is simply the reason why you choose path B, and my common sense is simply the reason why I choose path A.
2. it makes the same mistake as Pascal's wager, since you only take one religion into account. In fact there are a whole lot of other paths, it's not a two way crossing, far from that.
Whether Razinskie is right or not isn't the point. Can he explain why an all forgiving God--A Christian, Muslim or Hebrew god--would send someone to hell for merely choosing not to believe in Him?

Or you can accept Jesus denying the Muslim concept of this God and go to hell for holding the wrong belief. Or if you commit what the Hindus regard as sin you Go to hell. Or you will need to have your karma cleansed and we all go to Jainism 'hell' (usually for billions of years).
