I got a dark elf assassin, I thought a khajiit would have been a better idea for their night vision, but the way you tell it I don't regret anything^^
What REALLY grinds my gears is the texture glitch you have as a khajiit when you wear light dragon armor. A few parts of the helmet don't render and you end up seeing through your character!
I've noticed a similar thing, when wearing steel armor (independent of race), if you look, I think, from the side at where the arm goes out of the armor, there's a small gap where you can see through the torso. Obviously they didn't mend the two meshes together so well...
As for the skills, I have 100 smithing, but I took the light armor rout. I regret doing this.
I took both routes in my first game.. wel the heavy armor first of course since that's what I've been using. Simply out of principle, I wanted to be able to make everything. Now that you say it like that, I reckon it's a bit stupid..
Being werewolf unequips all items so you lose armor rating of your equipment. HI found this on UESP as well:
"Armor rating in Werewolf form is affected by their skill level in Light Armor and all five ranks of the Light Armor perk Agile Defender. - As of patch 1.3.10 (Earlier reports in the talk page), this is no longer true and Werewolf form has 0 base armor. This may or may not be intended; it has not been mentioned in the patch notes."
It's intended, I think. Meaning a Werewolf is only good now for travelling through places faster, killing weaker enemies, etc. Once you level up a bit it isn't so good.
they realy should work on the werewolf. maybe just give it his own level and level up screen/menu. and do the same whit vampire from the moment their is no returning back.
Cool,my dragon armor withot the shield is 600+ my deadric armour(not all legendary yet)w/o shield is 550+ my 2 deadric swords do 70 damage each+13 points of fire and 10 points of ice.
I think ratings say nothing. I mean I am on my 2nd character at lvl 20 and I 1 hit kill a guard, and my 3rd (cheat) character doesn't 1 hit a guard with max stats.

yeah, i hope it is possible to make perk trees with the CK. a perk tree for vampire and werewolf is not a bad idea.
Being werewolf is still funny in higher levels when you encouter people on the street, like that time when I encountered Stendarr's Vigils, heard them say they didn't like werewolves, and, well, I turned and had some fun with them, they didn't give me much trouble.
Just don't do the same mistake as I did and go near the Azura's shrine while being in werewolf form. I don't remember anymore if I was injured or at full health, but that shrine holder owned me with a single Ice Spear before I even saw her. Didn't mess with her since, but I'm sure she gives a valuable follower
I have found that the werewolf form is great for completing the dark brotherhood missions, you just transform while hidden, slaughter your target and using your very fast sprint escape all your pursuers. best part, if no one sees you transform you don't get a bounty on your head.
