What kind of strategy do you use for any game? This includes FPS games, board games, card games, or RPG leveler. Are you one to tank and grind out a win, or do you run and gun in your quest to one shot everything?

I tend to like to sit back, and take things slowly. This gives me time to think and get through tough challenges. Not to say I can't be aggressive when I have to, though! >

I'll play both. In shooters I'll either be on a Sniper or a Shotgun (passive & aggressive), depending on how realistic the rifles are and how integral the sniper is to the team. If I'm playing an RPG I'm usually quite passive. In strategies I like turtling a lot. But in card games I run vicious burn decks.

in games like TF2 i usually get a passive class and force them into the agressive list. offencive engie and battlemedics are common classes for me to play as well as the arabian demoknight.

depends on the situation, and what stlye is more fun. this usually means that i'm a pretty aggressive player unless i'm playing a game where if your not playing defensively, your dieing(which is no fun)

It depends on my role more than anything. When I play World of Warcraft and fit for DPS, I tend to be quite aggressive. But if I'm healing, I think I'm more of a passive nature.
But for other games like League of Legends, I try to be as aggressive as possible while still keeping a clear conscience and sometimes switching to a defensive state if need be.
For games such as Call of Duty or other shooters, I'm almost always playing defensively. CoD is so random anyways, I feel like I'm contradicting myself sometimes, but nonetheless I play defensively. I usually play Team Deathmatch where in game modes like that, you just want to work on maximizing your kills and minimizing your deaths to ensure a better rate of winning the game. Some people run around trying to get as many kills as possible, but that doesn't always work because it usually comes with more deaths, which aids the enemy team.
But in game modes like Demolition or Domination I try to be aggressive, not really caring about how many deaths I get, but trying to just win the game for my team.

Depends on the game. If it's a game like Sly Cooper or Splinter Cell: Passive. If it's a game like Ratchet and Clank or Gears of War: Aggressive. In any game that's not about stealth or guns blazing, I'll go with aggressive first. If I die or it doesn't work and I barely get away, I try passive. But with any game that a a choice of good and evil, and both have their own perks, I always go with evil. Like the Fallout series: I love looting and killing people in that game.

I always go aggressive because I find the games are more enjoyable if you keep the action and adrenalin up by charging in and not holding back but this is completely different to me IRL because I'm hardly ever aggressive lol

I'm usually passive. In RPG's, i'm usually tank/support. I take damage while buffing myself over and over again, until I can own in one hit. In first person shooters, i'm aggressive, usually with light-weight guns with less rounds, but more power.
