Basically just a thread to rant about anything and everything. I won't bore you with rules or anything, just remember to stick to the community guidelines and don't let this get out of hand

Uh... phew.

I just thought it was a brawl because you and Patrick accused "anonymous people" while heavily referencing yourselves.

Anyway, reach an average humour and you'll be happy: average joking + average seriousness...

I just had a few rants I thought I'd put down in the good ole' rant thread.
So how about tape? Tape and band-aids always fold into themselves and then you can't use them.
Also, I hate when you're sick and cough and then a bit of spit comes out. Especially if you're in public, because you don't want to look gross.

Alright, I got a couple.

Why is that so many people online, (and not just AG) why do they always ask for the answers to extremely simple things? Just google it!! For instance, I was on iTunes the other day, and a person had posted a comment on the album for the soundtrack of Inception. And she asked what the Italian song was, that is played to warn people of the kick. She said the credits went too fast. There's a pause button! There's Google! I just googled it. First result game the song name, the artist, and the lyrics! (Non, Je ne Regrette Rien" by Edith Piaf.) It just bothers me to see people dependent to other people like that!

On AG, some people ask something like this: can armer games make some more of sonne or make some flying game please? can i have them soon. i really wanna play a flying game!

They don't seem to understand that AG doesn't make the games (most of the time.) they just sponser/host them. They don't poo out games every Wednesday! I'm not even discriminating against a certain person! I'm pretty sure I have done it at one point! It just annoys me! I guess it's not their fault, and they can't learn without asking, though. So I shouldn't get mad at them. That's the whole point. They ask, we answer. I'm sorry for being mad at you people. (But I'm not not mad.)

Has anyone noticed how the quality of popular music has decreased extremely? It's now reduced to people rapping with autotune about how sexy their "girl" is. I like good music. Even if it is death metal, if the beat is good, and the lyrics are good(do they even have lyrics?) I'll like it. I'm just glad there's still Coldplay and stuff like that.
but who cares so I was thinkin' about music if you couldn't already tell, so I thought about this one song I sang in elementary school about this stupid cat, I now call it "the stupid cat song" (can't even remember the actual name)
but in a nutshell it is about this dumb cat who gets a love letter from this hot babe cat down the street, and he's all like, "yo man, imma go up on my roof to read this here letter" and he goes on his roof, falls off, and the next line actually says: "he broke all his ribs and whiskers meow meow meow, and his little solarplexis meow meow meow." I mean, why does this childrens song have to be about a mortally injured cat retard? (please excuse my mean words) and what the hell is a "solarplexis" anyway? am I even spelling that right? stupid cat, falling off a roof.
I LOVE that song!!

Truth. Music has became awful as time had passed. I'll quote a phrase from Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Storie's radio Lips 106 that fits just well:

Pop music just got worse!

I hope I never listen to this song. EVER. Just thinking about it makes me... duh...

If I find this cat I'll push him out of the Sears's tower roof!

This isn't really big of a rant, but what I really want to know is how the hell did this lose to Twilight for Best Fight Scene?!?!?!? The actor trained to do his own stunts in a freakin ROTATING TUNNEL! That wasn't cgi image capture or something.

I know, like on Answers.com. I was browsing all these unanswered questions and people are asking stuff like... "What would you wear in the north pole...what is the name of an angle with 8 sides...etc."
And these are actual questions people asked!

WHAT? THAT EPIC FIGHTING SCENE LOST TO TWILIGHT'S FIGHTING SCENE?

WHAT'S WRONG WITH HUMANITY!

Pitiful...

*facepalm*

I saw Inception's studio on a TV Show. It was a gigantic ROTATING TUNNEL indeed! Gosh! Why reward a fighting scene full of CGI (Twilight's) with a prize and let that gold of film-fighting without nothing?

*critical facepalm*

Now movies just got worse too!

I've haven't even watched Inception yet, just decided to look up the fight scene because everyone says it's epic and I applaud it wholeheartedly. How can GCI beat reality? I guess the voters couldn't even remotely comprehend the epicness of the scene.

Fatality!

CGI is nice. But in a fighting scene it can get a little bit too "cheesy". Plus, real life action really happening is THE BEST thing to use on fighting scenes! I would totally vote to Inception (I want to see that movie ASAP).

Hahahaha. Next "Sonny 2" weapon: Critical Facepalm. Upon seeing this, opponents kill themselves!

LoL!

True, but it gets annoying when you can see that the punches and stuff aren't hitting. But in this scene they were actually throwing eachother around in a way that it looked unreal.

Truth. A soap opera did a scene like that last year. The dude was like "Huu! Hwaa!" and the other actor was jumping to the ground randomly while "soc!" noises were heard. Economic but VERY boring and unfinished.

But in this scene they were actually throwing eachother around in a way that it looked unreal.

Unreal?

That's because there was no gravity because they were in the second dream level, and in the first dream level, the kick was driving off the bridge. Whatever happens in one dream level affects the other. While the car was flying in the air (creating the sensation of no gravity) it made the second dream level have no gravity, so they could throw people around like that.

Even if that's not the scene you were talking about (Arthur in the hotel fighting the projections) or you already knew that, thaboss still likes talking about Inception.

I'm going by the effects, regardless of the context. They could've CGI'd the crap out of it, but they didn't and it was awesome. That's the important thing.

My rant is possibly no one gives a crap about, but sure that's fine.

I hate the fact starbucks don't sell their mugs. The sell mugs sure, but they're not the ones you're served in, they're smaller.
My girlfriends twin got me a custom one online which was super sweet and i use every morning for my coffee.
But for my big venti starbucks mugs my only options are stealing them, or buying them on ebay of someone who stole them so are making a great profit >.>

It's not that difficult to just sell the same mugs you use. That is all.

It's annoying when places don't sell exactly what they've got, but I guess it's because if someone walks in/out with a mug that's exactly the same as the ones used for serving, it looks stolen. So they sell similar ones instead.
