Yes a Topic about fatness...well im not fat myself but i really want to say some reasons why people are fat!
well the normal reason is that they eat much.. and some times they eat much because: they feel sorry for themselves or they have lost someone and eat because ur unhappy and that.....
one other reason is that they have a sickness and like that but i don't know anything about the sicknes...that can you other who read this post...
but the whole reason is that....(this is nothing with armorgames to do but)i searched around youtube about all kind of things until i come up with a little clip about a fat kid was falling from a tree (it has fallen over a river) he felled into the river and got wet.... well i felt a little sorry for him and when i saw the comments i just felt more sorry for him.... the comments where like "hahah that fat kid did fall!" "haha" "lol" "rofl".....well ill just say "THINK BEFORE YOU ACT" like dont laugh at them, or be a bully against them.....
-Im not from an English/American talking country -Im not good at english -Well i think many will come to this bost with like "this topic were just bullshit" and "this is no serius topic" well just "think Before You Act" like ive already said......
Im not really fat (although thats what i consider myself) im just a little chubby. But as long as i keep doing exersise (i go swimming and do tennis weekly) ill pretty much stay the same. Anyway id prefer to be curvy (im a girl obviously) than a size 4.
Food isn't as addictive as some people say it is. It's not like people get withdrawal from not gorging themselves to death. Its much easier to give up than an addiction to drugs. The best way to get yourself out of bad eating habits is to keep telling yourself "this too shall pass" because after the first 2-3 weeks normal eating will be part of your routine and it will be easier to stick to your food intake. I did this pretty easily; after the first 2 weeks of kicking sweets, it became really easy to avoid it.

just cause it worked for you doesn't mean it will work for anyone else

True, but i normally have a very addictive personality and i love to pig out. Also, a lot of my friends and family have had the same mentality work for them.

Ha. When i see a sign that says all you can eat, i think "i accept that challenge". I just avoid the sweets, otherwise, my fast metabolism allows me to gorge myself.

I'm in your camp.
It seems like no matter how much I eat, I never get fatter. And I love the sweets as well.
I guess a combination of lots of cardio and a fast metabolism is what's doing it. I think I need to work out more. D:

My metabolism appears to be so fast that it eats muscle as well as fat; i work out a lot, have been for 2 years, and no results, despite my usually huge calorie intake.

If you've been working out for 2 years and have no results you're doing something wrong... I used that excuse for a while about my metabolism but once you start doing it all properly you can see results fairly quickly xP
