Mozilla firefox to the max....Much less complicated then Internet explorer because I spend a year looking for the house button and the refresh as all the Important stuff is mixed all around while Mozilla firefox is simple and easier to use....
Top ten web browsers. On that list Firefox and Opera are outdated by a version or two, so if they were updated then Opera will probably be in third and Firefox would still be in first. I don't like Internet Explorer for multiple reasons; it's too weak against viruses, it's slow, not as customizable as the others, and I dislike the design. I prefer Firefox over all other web browsers because the design is appealing, themes/personas are nice to have, all the extensions, and it's fast and secure. I would use Chrome and Opera more often if they had all the extensions Firefox has.
This thread fails because of no Google Chrome. But anyway, Firefox.
It is much less complicated, can do stuff, and does not have an ugly, ever growing toolbar that must be managed. Also, many software things offer IE toolbars for download more than other browsers because it is easy to target IE users because all new computers usually start with IE, allowing for a much wider reach and annoyance factor.
Internet Explorer. It suits my needs and the speed is perfectly fine for me. If it truly is slower than Firefox, its only by what, .43 of a second. (yes I have used Firefox)
I use Safari most of the time but it crashes too much and i don't really like Internet Explorer but i do like Firefox it has an offline mode which i really like and Firefox is very easy to use. So over all i would say Firefox is much better than Internet Explorer.
Both are pretty crappy for me, they always glitch out. Use Google Chrome. It's user friendly, free, and it tells you what your downloading before it gives you a virus, which it doesn't do very often. Plus it's Google, and who doesn't love Google?
Internet Explorer is completely outdated compared to other browsers available, its extremely slow, and despite what a review may say on the interent - IE has piss poor security (Microsoft has even admitted this themselves on multiple occasions).
If you're a 90 year old woman who knows nothing about computers and doesn't mind long load times and virus-ridden pop ups and links then go ahead and use IE. If you're someone that actually needs to use the internet and cares about your computer's health then get a different browser.
