Your statement is just ... nonsense. Ok, I have respect for your view, but this argument is just stupid. You are saying that you need to destroy Islam, so the believers too, to stop this, persistent, abnormal, and irrational fear, despite the awareness and reassurance that it is
not dangerous.
There are many people who have homophobia, why? Don't know. The solution for this phobia; destroy all the homosexuals, and this phobia is over. Do you see how stupid it sounds?
Or, claustrophobia. Or, acrophobia. Or, or... The solution for all of this is just to destroy what people is scared of.
Every phobia has a reason for existing, though they mean seem crazy, it is justified to the person who has it.
The existense of every phobia is just nonsense. It is a type of an anxiety disorder. A
disorder. It is an illness.
And before you all start saying "thats no reason to get rid of it" well spiders are disliked due to fears our ancestors had when spiders were a real threat, not because they follow a belief that stunts civilisation and is the cause of many horrific incidents throughout history.

What if there were no spiders? More bugs, less food for birds. Less birds=less food for animals that eat birds and go on. Spiders are amazing animals. But there are people who are feared of these amazing animals. As the term phobia explains, a very stupid fear.
And then you all say what about Christianity and the crusades, well, we over time stopped. Majority of modern Christians are only Chrisitians as a formality, only a few zealots dedicate their lives to it.
I don't want people to remind of him, but what about Anders Breivik? That guy killed 77 innocent children. To save the world of Islam by destroying it. Sounds similiar doesn't it? This guy was an terrorist. He was Christian, and hated Islam. So, he bombed an important building and killed 77 children. Is this guy one of these "zealots"?
And he was just an example. NLFT, Iron Guard, Lord's Resistance Army, KKK, Army of God, Lambs of Christ, Hutaree etc. All are of the members of these groups just "zealots"?
Overall no other modern religion is so fanatic about dominating other lives through any means necessary. This doesn't just mean extremist imposing their will but when the state ha to adapt to their beliefs, not the other way around.
