i believe in judaism. but i know that it cant be proven as correct so i cant tell you that is the correct religion.

JUDAISM FTW!!!!

Anyways, I am pretty much reiterating much what was posted here, but no religion is "correct" as all are-like beauty-held in the eye of the beholder.

excuse me while I puke in my mouth a little (sorry, I'm a cynic of human nature, which is rather odd seeing as how I'm LDS).

there may be a correct religion, but until we die, we will never know.

I'm LDS, but that doesn't mean it's correct, no matter how much I advocate it.

do you have any proof that a religion is wrong?

cause if you don't, you shouldn't say a thing.

if you do have any proof, then shoot type it

There is proof that there are things in holy texts that can be proven wrong, and there are things preached by religious organisations that can be proven wrong as well. However, you can no more disprove God than unicorns.

cause if you don't, you shouldn't say a thing.

Gladly, if religion didn't cause so much trouble in the world.

unless no religion is correct. then youl never know :3. BUT...... if your religion is correct (and your not christian) then you can tell them "i told you so" in heaven. that is pretty awsome

lol that is why it doesnt really matter to me

strangely you have a point, but if no religion was correct, what would we follow? what would we do?

should we stick to ourselves, our own religion, and not wage war on anyone for anything? should we all unite under 1 banner, 1 religion, and stay that way? or should we all jst become atheist?

and if none of these examples come to pass, then i guess its a hopeless case. we will jst have to remind ourselves were all brothers and sisters, keep the killing and hate to the minimum. thats the best we can do

well if no religion is true then yes. we should be atheists... i mean, what else could we do? we should just be as happy as we can without hurting each other. its that simple in my opinion

My ex-wife once said, "The only thing religion does is separate people." If you feel the need to believe/worship then by all means go for it. How anyone can ever say you're doing it wrong is beyond me...

There are religious atheists. That's why although I am considered an atheist based on that I do not believe in a god, I consider myself just "not religious."

Uhm, there are unlimited reasons why, my main reason being that it cheats with the religious person's brain, making him do what the sacred book for that religion tells him to do, and leaves hardly any space for the individual to do what he pleases. (Of course, not every religion is like this)

cause if you don't, you shouldn't say a thing.

Do you have any proof religion is correct?

...so they create there own religion...

One can not just 'create' a religion. That would be like if you and a group of your friends gathered up and made up a new language. You can't do it.

As always, evidence would be appreciated.

There is no ''correct'' religion; how can one know what is the True Way? And how do we know there is only one ''correct'' religion? Just let anyone practice whatever religion they want so long as it doesn't harm others. Peace out.

There are still many christians in the world and in America, they're not crumbling yet. But more and more people are more and more informed and educated, and those who don't manage to put their religion and the current knowledge under one hat have to choose, and may loose their faith.

You also seem to have quite some trouble imagining leading a life without religion, am I correct? I lived all my life as a non-religious atheist, let me tell you that it works just fine. I don't need a deity or a holy goal to lead my life, I decide myself. In the end, the perfect religion for someone is the religion that matches the most of that persons individual characteristics; if someone has to change completely in order to follow a certain religion, something may be wrong. I have not yet found any religion that would match my way of life, and I doubt I ever will. But I don't consider lacking something, in the contrary^^...

Just because people are becoming less religious, doesn't mean the government is planning a scheme to overthrow Christianity or something related. And as HahiHa said :
...more and more people are more and more informed and educated...

Meaning that they will think more logically, and see that the existence of a Omnipotent up in the sky is highly illogical
