This RPG will come with very challenging obstacles, given the name Hardcore. You will face dangerous zombies, and friendly OR hostile survivors. You must be careful in this world, because if you become infected, there is little hope for you.

*Friendly/Hostile affects whether or not other survivors will assist you, or decide to attack you, or rob you depending on the choices you have made in your journey.

* Strength affects how much damage you deal in close combat, and how much you can carry in your inventory.

*Marksmanship determines how accurate you are with your gun.

*Agility determines how fast you are to dodge enemy attacks in close range or long range and affects how long your survivor can fight without being exhausted.

*Endurance determines how long you can travel in one day before you become tired and sleep.

*Vitality determines how much HP your survivor may have. (Each time leveled up, raises HP by 15 pts.)

* Intellect determines how well you can hack into a computers recent logs, and how well you can hack into a security building. (Security buildings will most likely have ammo, weapons, food, water, and a place to rest, but it won't last forever, so don't plan on staying long)

*Luck affects your chances of CRITICAL hits, and (luckily) DODGING attacks, and if you get a (lucky) Escape.

*You must EAT, DRINK, and SLEEP in Hardcore Survival, so make the most of your rations, and decide whether you want to survive and travel alone, or if you want to gang up with other survivors you meet along the way.

CHOOSE YOUR ATTRIBUTES
You may have 10 pts. to put into your skills, so choose wisely.
All skills start out with 3 pts.

LISTEN CAREFULLY: Everyone will have a COMPLETELY different story line, each with different encounters, and a story that has happened to your survivor in the past. ALWAYS try to find a safe house to stay and rest or sleep in, and if you want to stay COMPLETELY safe, barricade the doors with anything you can find. Good luck, I can't wait to see what actions you decide to make along the way.

Joanna stops you before you go to search more rooms and grabs a rag by the bed on a table and cleans the syringe. "Okay, I am ready. Lets go."

You go to the sixth, seventh, and eighth room, finding nothing.

"Someone must have been through here and taken some supplies." Joanna says to you. "That must be why most of the rooms are empty."

The frightened muscular man comes out, whimpering in fear.

The two survivors come closer, the male aiming his rifle at your head.

"Hey, don't shoot him!" Says the woman.

"I won't. Unless he turns into one of them stupid blood suckers."

The woman bends over you. "My name is Kelsey. This is John. John, go look for something to stop him from bleeding."

The muscular man yells," Who... who are you people?!"

Kelsey walks towards him as he balls up in fear in a corner.
"Quit whimpering and get up. What man cries and balls up in a corner? Go look for a clean rag and a first aid kit to help this poor man." She says.

As you get near the room, you smell something horrible. Joanna covers her face with her hand, as you both advance on the room. There is a screen covering the glass on the door, so you cannot see through.

"I'm not so sure about going in there." Says Joanna. "It smells so horrible."

Go in anyways?

"I have cured one on John before, I can do it again for you but first we need John and the blubbering idiot over there to find a first aid kit." Says Kelsey, pointing to the muscular man.

"My name is Eric, by the way, woman." Says the muscular man.

"Well, Eric. Did you find anything yet?"

"No, not yet." He replies.

"Hey, I got bandages, but no first aid kit, bro!" Yells John from across the club.

You wonder who would carry bandages in a club anyway, but you don't complain. Kelsey applies the bandage as John and Eric circle around.

You are starting to feel tired.

As you open the door, more stink pours out into the hall of the 2nd floor. You see 3 zombies feeding on yet another corpse. One of the zombie turns around with several bullet wounds in his torso. He stands up and growls at you, walking towards you.

You kill the zombie that was walking towards you, gaining the attention of the other two. Joanna sticks her syringe in one of the zombies eye while you bashed the others head in with Slayer. The zombie still advanced on Joanna. She is cornered screaming "HELP!"

The zombie scratches and claws at Joanna, then you hit the zombie in the back of the head with Slayer, cracking its skull. It falls to the floor with a thump. Joanna is left with minor scratches and a bruise.

What will you do?

Now, I suggest we make base here, at least for now. I'm getting very tired now, so I'll have to go to sleep. I suggest two of you check for food and water, while another keeps watch for more zombies."

"We won't find food in here, but there is a water fountain over there by the bar. I have no clue if it still works though." Kelsey sits behind the bar, cleaning the blood off of her that the zombies left.

John sets down his backpack. It looks heavy, he may be carrying a lot of ammo with him and maybe a few pistols. He sits down on a bar stool, and keeps his rifle ready.

Eric is still INFECTED.

Your vision fades as you close your eyes and begin to rest.

As you awaken, you hear screams. it sounds like Kelsey... no wait... its Eric. Eric is screaming in a corner as John and Kelsey are trying to barricade the door. You feel groggy, you didn't get much rest and there is already an attack.

What do you do?

Kelsey tries to yell over the racket of the zombies pounding on the door,"They just randomly attacked us! There are at least thirty of them out there!"

There is absolutely nothing to barricade the door with, except with your own bodies and force. Kelsey and John are struggling to keep the door shut. Even with your help, it is hard to keep the door completely closed.

Eric finally comes to his senses, and helps with the door. You let go now, with Eric taking your place.

Eric is still infected.

The face of the corpse is bloodied and half of it was eaten off, showing some of the skull. It was a male, but you can't tell if it is Tom. Maybe he fled the hospital, you think to yourself.

John yells,"It isn't safe to shoot the glass! Even if you do kill one zombie, there are like 30 more of them out there!"

Kelsey looks at you, and nods her head.
