Captain of all
Owning people in ways
That are unknown except to him.

BTW, for those who don't know hwat a cinquain is, its a poem about nature, that goes 2-4-6-8-2

A limerick i wrote a while ago.

May went to run yesterday
She saw Bob and said, "No Way!"
Bob went, "NOOOOO!!!"
said, "ho ho"
and May sighed, "Why Today?"

Two limericks coming your way

Joe was a natural guy
Until he bought a funky pie
He gave it away
and bought it another day
After, he gave a big sigh

The tea she bought was chai
But the tea man told a lie
She was mad
The tea man said, "Oh, Dad!"
The day the tea man told a lie.

Lesson:
Parodies are allowed in this thread. Also, translations of haikus might not follow the pattern. For example if u write it in a different language and want to submit it it might not have the English syallable pattern. Here's an example:

Old Pond
Frog jumps in
Splash!
~Matsuo Basho
That was originally written in Japanese hence the syallables not making sense.

Another Cinquain i wrote in my LA class today:

Autumn
Watching
Autumn Color
red, orange, yellow, too
changing quickly, very gracefully
Dropping

A haiku i wrote in class I write a lot of poems in class:

Life
Life, the endless road
causses mourning grieving and
happiness, alike

A limerick that i wrote during LA class:

The man had just ate all his fears
to him they tasted quite dear
he laid a red egg
bought the company Chegg
And got run over by a John Deere.

Tomorrow i will post more poems, and I will put a lesson that i got in class about the poem style Skeltonic Verse.

Bold and Wary
If you are Bold and Wary,
Then brave are you very,
When you go into battle you think of the girl you want to marry.

For it may be the laste time your sword struck metal,
Though you wouldn't rather by home cooting by the kettle,
And listen to that sissy-boy who is always playing that fiddle.

You are Bold and Wary, nothing scares you,
You are a hero, with a stylish hairdo,
And as you go into battle, you shout, "I be killing the foo'.",
Because you are Bold and Wary.

Armor Games

If you feel lonely
Come and give us a call, yes
You will then feel home

I will be friendly
A lot of others will too
When you're down come here

Not many spammers
But you'll find some here and there
Almost never though

Mods always take care
And keep the junk level down
For thats their own job

One about turtles i wrote in class:

Turtles

Da Beastly turtle
Was the beastliest alive
No one could stop him

Almost spring burr-ake
Looking forward to no school
It bores my eyes out.

I honestly don't know what a Skeltonic Verse is, but if it was one, it was completely on accident.

Dreariness
A graveyard.
I'm here again.
Even walking through it can be hard.
I wonder who I will see again, and when?
The answer is no one and never.

Has my dreariness tooken over?
I think of a lost friend.
My spirits sank lower.
It seems this feeling will never end,
Because it won't.

There is no overreaction,
When you are at a funeral
When Death gets its satisfaction.
Place the rose on the coffin before the burial.

A teardrop fell from my cheek,
This cannot be real,
Without them I feel so weak.
Their destiny has been sealed,
By Death.

I got the idea for this poem for my recent feelings. No, I have not lost someone close to me, but it feels like that.
