The original "This Thread is Currently About" is back! Yes, it's Count to 100!

HOW TO PLAY

1. Count by ones from 1 to 100 in 100 consecutive posts according to the Core Rules.
2. Restart the count from 1 after:
a. a Moderator (or an Administrator) makes a stopping post (post without counting) if users and Knights are counting..
b. a user or Knight or Warden makes a stopping post (post without counting) if Moderators and Administrators are counting.
c. breaking a core rule, spamming, or cheating.
d. reaching 100.
3. Announce why you restart the count so other counters don't get confused.
NOTE: For the time being, Moderators are allowed to help Users count, so as long as the other rules are observed you do not need to restart the count if you see a mod count. However, if a Moderator makes a stopping post, i.e. a post without counting (not the same as a non-count post since they're technically different teams), it is considered an interruption and the count will restart.

CORE RULES

No mistakes. A count must start from 1 and increase by ones up to 100, save for exceptions noted.
No double-counting. No counter may count two consecutive numbers.
No back-to-back counting. No two counters may alternate for more than three consecutive numbers.
Okay: P1 P2 P1 P3
Not Okay: P1 P2 P1 P2
Okay: P1 P2 reset P1 P2
No editing. No counter may edit their post. If an edit tag shows on a count, the attempt is forfeit.

ADDiTiONAL RULES

No "spamming". Please don't post only the number and please don't post gibberish, either.
Multiple one- or two-word counts may also disqualify a count.
No "cheating". This shouldn't need to be said. Counting to 100 doesn't count if you cheat.
This is an exercise in teamwork, not rule bending.
No "spoiling". Don't mess with the count. Posts should start with the correct number.
Posts with no numbers should be ignored. See also: No non-counts.
Posts with intentional mistakes should be ignored.
No "spilping". If this is your first post in this thread, please post "I'm new and here to count to 100!"
No non-counts. No counter may post without a counting number or make a post without bolding that number if that counting number is not at the start of the post.

COMPLETE SET OF RULES
Please refer to the complete set of rules for additional information and examples of what is valid or invalid.
DiSCUSSiON THREAD
Please also check out the discussion thread for new gameplay or rule proposals or general discussion on the gameplay and rules of "Count to 100".

END GAME

Once you reach 100, you start this Sisyphean task all over again back at 1. Users should notify the Commissioner of the Count (HahiHa) that the count reached 100 and the Commissioner will review it to make sure there were no mistakes or cheating. If there were no mistakes or cheating, then the users who took part in the successful count to 100 will get a shiny new Quest!

13. @Unbl For me that's definitely the light red colour like some sweet apples. Yummy!

My thoughts about selfishness: It's important to be a selfish person to some degree. Selfishness helps people with developement, by taking things for themselves and not just distributing everything they can to everyone around.* It is also important for people that want to help others. Why? Because if you have enough for yourself you can share with others. And if people are too altruistic they might be at some point left with nothing - nothing to share with others and in some drastic cases even nothing to handle life on themselves. The stronger people are, the more can they help others. But to build their strength they need selfishness.

* I mean both tangible and insubstantial values.

14. Well, my favourite fruit colour is orange. Oranges taste so well! YAY!

Now seriously, I remember that like, by 2008 - 2010, my levels of selfishness were pretty normal and stable, then, they started growing VERY slowly until 2013 or so

Then, in 2014, my life was at my best so far, like, in almost all the aspects, I reached my "highest level" ever, it was the best year of my life, the one I had the most fun, one that if I could I'd maybe live again, everything was going pretty awesomely (until like, September, October...)

In the end of 2014, things started going slightly worse, I mean, they were still good, but, I could feel some difference from a few months before, I was starting to get slightly worse at almost everything I do (from important things like school, happiness levels to simple things like my skills at games), and my levels of selfishness were starting to go down

Then, in 2015, wow, in February - March, EVERYTHING's levels started to go down, they went down fast like a bullet for some reason, then, I started feeling like I was bad at everything I do, I was angry most of the time, tired most of the time, slightly "sad" most of the time, it was like if there was always something wrong.

And things were pretty much the same until the end of 2015, I admit that some things started getting better for me in 2016, but they were still pretty bad compared to the 2011-2014 period (those were my Golden Years), and now, in 2017, some things became worse than 2015, a couple of things became slightly better than 2016, one or two started getting actually better, but in overall, still bad.

So, if you asked me, I'd say I'd rather be a slightly selfish person than a person who has a slightly low self-esteem and low selfishness, the 2015-2017 years are being the hardest of my life, since 2015, I've been trying to get things back to 2014's level

Sorry if that was too deep .-.

23. An apple a day keeps the mod away. Since I'm on diet, I have the obligation to say I love all fruits, unless they're ridiculously expensive.

27. @armorplayergc So maybe you could get back to that "healthy level of egoism" you had in 2014 like you say :-) I had alike periods of balancing self-esteem and yeah it is somewhat related on how you don't care too much about others and do your own things. On the other hand I'm sure it's not everything that people need to keep high level of internal energy. Some believe that organising balanced life according to "the circle of life" like that one is the key:

@Majestic_Fish Do you mean the series of Fallout? Surprisingly I only played some 1 and 2 and didn't beat these games Other game of that genre, namely Planescape Torment, is my favourite game of all times.
