What if you could change your wall so that only your friends and mods could post on it? It would cut down on the spam because the spammers would have less areas to spam making it easier to catch them.

and for the "changing so only your friends can post" idea, this is axed, and the new one is for the block users idea. Frankly, there's too many bads over the 1 good reasons.
I can't think of any cons for the blocking users idea. Whoever you don't want to post on your profile, whether it is because of spamming or soliciting, or just because you get off on a bad side, you're happy, and your friends are happy too because they can still post while your blocked users cannot. Win/win situation.
