It's time for battle! Do you have what it takes to make a good plan to survive a real life like simulated battle? The Battle Strategy Club will create many real like battle situations where you put yourself in the shoes of a soldier in that situation. Like the survival clubs on AG, in this club, members will have to make a plan for each part of the scenario that would keep them alive. At the beginning of each scenario you will be given,
-Time and location
-Equipment and other personal you have with you
-Info about the enemy
-Important info about elements that affect your decisions
-The goal to achieve victory
Before you start participating in the club you must enlist with the WarGeneral. As members complete scenarios they will move up in rank.
Let the battle begin!

Scenario #1 3/2/2010

Time- Day 4:30pm
Location- Iraq desert between mountain range
Conditions- Sunny, temp 80, wind 40mph north
Personal- 12 soldiers total, 1 medic, 1 engineer, 10 infantry
Equipment- 3 humvee's, 2 are damaged, every soldier has one water jug,flare,basic uniform, and 25 mile cb radio, infantry has M4 with 2 extra clips, medic has med pac, engineer has basic tools to disarm explosives.

Part one- The convoy of the 3 humvee's with the 12 soldiers left camp Bravo and are traveling a back road that cuts through the montains to get to camp Delta, which is 50 miles east of camp Bravo. At 4:30pm, 20 miles west of camp Bravo the convoy gets hit with a road side bomb destroying the first two humvee's. In the first Humvee, the driver and front pasenger get killed(infantry). The engineer and another infantry soldier get badly injured enough to not make them mobile. In the secound humvee, Two infantry soldiers get minor wounds, but are still mobile, the other two are fine. The medic and the other three infantry soldiers in the third humvee are fine.
The mountains block radio contact to either base until you are only 5 miles away from them. 10 miles to the south is a small village(pop 8000) were most residents are hostile towards you. The Intel claims there is a 10-20 man enemy unit on foot with ak47s the patrols the village every 2 hours. The residents in the village have radios that could reach the base and food. The road were the convoy was hit is patroled by a 10-20 man enemy unit with trucks and ak47s that go up and down the road at 30mph.

You are the squad leader(a infantry soldier). You need to recover the convoy from the bomb and then plan what to do befor night hits(7:30pm).

@Panzer MAKE A SCENARIO! Just cause I'm bored :P

Sorry I think WarGeneral said he can only do that unless he specificly asks me to.

btw isn't the panzer a german tank used in ww2?

What made you guess that!?! Just that Panzer and tank were side by side?!?

Scenario #6 Ambush Escape *Part 1*

Time-2:30pm
Location-Afghanistan Jungle, with alot of swamps
Conditions-Sunny, blazing hot
Personal-30 soldiers total, 5 heavy gunners, 3 communicators (people that speak Afghanistanian), commander, 1 engineer, 24 light infantry, 1 medic
Regular Equipment (Something everone has)-one water flask, pistol with silencer 9mm, vest, dagger
Specified equipment- Heavy gunners have a 50 caliber gun, and 5 grenades, night vision googles, infantry has M4s, engineer has advanced kit to make 5 claymores and 5 mines, medic has an advances kit to treat about everything and make casts for broken legs, arms ect... commander has a desert eagle, and two 9mm pistols
Goals: Escape ambush and make it to enemy camp (enemy camp details will be given later).

As you and your men are traveling with ease still 10 miles from the enemy base, grenades are suddenly being thrown at you with machine gun spray coming from only the front the first 8 light infantry are slaughtered as well as a heavy gunner with 6 more light infantry heavily wounded so you as a commander have to get your men out of the ambush, kill the enemy party (they have about 20 men with AK47s and grenades), and it's advised to make sure at least one communicator survive and that's about it.

Hint: You will not survive by staying where you are right now. If you say retreat your men will have retreated at least 10 minutes away from the enemies. You also did not even scratch the enemies.

There are more scenarios in this one scenario if you understand what I mean.

kill of anybody left (you out # them by 6 about and these guys got to be the best of the best if there there (head shots with silenced gunns))

regroup you should have at least some dudes left and did i mention that you hid a communicator so you get him

resume moving toward the base 10 miles away

I'm the only Captain! I think that beats both of you two too.

Part 2: Stealing Info. Scenario 6 I think.

In the end you all end up roughly 4 miles away from the enemy camp and know this about the enemy it is a large camp, it's walled, all the walls have at last 15 guards per wall, in every corner of camp is a tower twice the wall size with 5 guards inside two of which are snipers. In the camp excluding the wall and tower guards are 233 infantry with a couple tanks (3), 2 commanders under the names of Don Brandt and Erik Wulffson. Inside the building are 15 barracks, a mess hall, a armory, an ifirmary, an empty small prison, and headquarters you cannot tell the building apart for now. Your current troop count is eight infantry two heavy gunners, one communicator, yourself as commander, one medic, and one engineer. You have access to 5 enemy uniforms from enenmy soldiers you killed. None of your soldiers are injured.

The rest of your troops can have died anyway you want.

Goal: Get enemy documents.

reek havok (this includes heavy gunnr)

send rest of troops in

I can't promote people and I like to give time for more than one person to answer a scenario (which is why I don't reply here to your guys answer all the time). Yours could definitely be better but it's not the worst is all I have to say.

@PanzerTank:

I realize that there is a communicator on board with you, meaning that he is probably carrying a radio. Call in an air strike, with both gunners and bombers, and bomb the walls of the camp. Gun down every building (don't bomb them because you don't want to risk destroying the documents) and make sure all of the infantry, as well as the two commanders, are dead before you rush in to find the documents. Have the infantry go in first, and the heavy gunners take the rear, to make sure you and the documents are protected.

@KnockoutSloth:

This is not detailed enough to solve. I know nothing about the base and how strong it is or how large it is.

In that case, don't make scenarios unless you have enough energy to make them detailed enough to solve.
