When the Russian enters the room, Richthofen attempts to attack and overpower him, then use him as a human shield, hold the knife to his throat and cover his mouth.

they you overpower him, but the other russians just shoot teh human shield

in an army that was and still technically is called the steamroller? a soldier is mince meat

Maybe I should have clarified...you know that move they do in the movies? Where you take the human shield's gun? He does that too, takes the gun in one hand and holds the knife to the Russian's throat with the other, and shoots the Russians(full auto fire for the win?). When he steps outside, his team shoots as many of the Russians as they can from cover inside the building, as well.

yeh i know that move, i love doing that in logan's shadow

anywho you take it and sweep the crowd, about 15 left but teh whole village is alerted

Okay...
Gloeckner, Kappel, and Daecher move throughout the village, clearing it of Russian soldiers.
Richthofen and Beckenbauer sweep the village of civilians. Any civilians they find, they take with them as prisoners, disarm, etc.

All right. Well, there's not much civilians can do. Bust down the door, do not harm the civilians(if they try to fight us, knock them unconscious and tie them up), hold the Russians at gunpoint. Give them the opportunity to surrender, if they do not take it, kill them.
