I'm surprised this hasn't been made yet (only topic I see that is baseball related is about the Giants...and the AG sportscenter barely mentions baseball)

What are your thoughts on the playoffs this year? Who will win? What player will shine? Thoughts on the new wild card system? etc.

So everyone is currently doing better than the Yankees who are 0-2.

7-1 comeback by the Giants is just awesome. Vogelsong and Posey kicking butt across the plate.

Braves game sucked sooooo bad

If Matt Kemp did not hurt himself, he had a huge chance to be MVP.

If the cardinals beat the giants, then the cardinals will win it all. If the giants win, the tigers will beat them.
Thats my guess.

Now that the glorious Yankees are out...the Cards are who I'm rooting for (I'm also a baseball fan...not just solely a Yankees fan)

As much as I like him...I have to admit he is overrated/greatly overpayed now =/ If this does go down..hopefully we can get some good young players out of it

Doesn't matter if you do, doesn't matter if you don't. I'm not sure Zito can pull the Giants through for a win, but he has to. Our batting isn't that great, so our pitchers have to do better. Zito's been doing great this season compared to previous seasons and Lincecum's been doing terrible. It was an extremely disappointing game yesterday. I would like the Giants to come back for a home game at least, so here's hoping. Go Giants!

If the Tigers have managed to keep their bodies ready for this series, I think they will end up winning it all. Hitting is solid throughout, fielding is manageable, and pitching is top notch.

The Giants do have scrap on their side though...so it should be interesting

I'm not a huge Baseball fan. Giants had a great comeback. Not I reason I'll root for them. I live in California so that's mostly the reason why I'll pick them to win again.
