i personal dont believe it but many groups have predicted it ex: mayans,hopi indians,the bible St Malachy predicted the world will end with the 112th pope; pope bendict is our 111th pope. Why would all these people predict the same date?
Meteors? No. With our technology...we would have seen the(se) meteors and comets before they hit us.
No chance, It would be a massive fluke if we saw a meteorit coming at us. A huge one came closea few years ago and the first we saw of it was when it was going away from us.
To quote the Hitch Hickers Guide to the Galaxy "Space is big". The majority of telescopes on the planet (proper laboratory ones, not back garden ones) are trained on very specific areas of space doing research on all sorts of things. Very few are looking at "space", a major apocyliptical meteorite would be several miles across and as HHGTTG says space is big we would have a few minutes warning of an impact if we were lucky.

Tons of people have predicted the word ending and since i am still writing this thy where all wrong. It won't happen, Sir Newton preidcted the world will end 2060 incase you didn't know
Those people are just probably emo saying stuff like that they probably wanna die already and i don't wanna die i still got high school and college to go through
