i personal dont believe it but many groups have predicted it ex: mayans,hopi indians,the bible St Malachy predicted the world will end with the 112th pope; pope bendict is our 111th pope. Why would all these people predict the same date?
The earth is still to young. The Mayans said the world would of ended at 2000. But it didn't, The sun is the resource if we die. Maybe the world would end but in about another billion years. God is not letting us die so quickly. Our Mankind barley started some centuries ago. So don't get worried. Trust god that he will keep you safe even if that happens.
well there is a lot of truth to it, the idian and chinese calender and stuff, i personally belive tht anything can happen,i hope nothing does but somthing certainly can, i am almost positive though that some people will just go freaking crzy and kill people, terreriost, but on the other hand it is a pretty weird topic, i mean what about all the other THE WORLD WILL END TODAY myths that didn't come true, im sure peopl will scare other people into thinking its happing, lets just all hope tht it doesnt ok
I believe that the prediction that the world is going to end was made either as a prank and somehow became reality, or the most likely way, the calender of the Mayans, who have the most "reliable", if reliable at all, source to why the world is going to end 12/21/2012. The calendar does not, however, prove anything. -Many people say the calendar is horribly inaccurate to predict time at all, so 12/21/2012 can be any date, past or future. -Many other people also claim that although the calendar is accurate enough to tell time, it has no certain way to predict anything as large as when the world will end -Still more people believe that the Mayan calendar is only a mere copy of something in nature, and the Mayans wanted to copy that thing in nature in art.
Also, the world just really isnt going to end, or at least i doubt it. The sun will NOT blow up for billions of years, and the closest real disaster that could damper the human race would be an eruption of a super-volcano. The super-volcano predicted to erupt as close to present would by Yellowstone park, located in America. Yellowstone isn't even due to erupt for another 1000 years. (btw, i heard theorys of a meteor striking earth in 2014. I haven't really seen any prove, so i am saying Yellowstone is the nearest disaster to our time).
Also, religion-wise, to many christians, the world is not going to end until God comes down and saves us, on Judgement Day. Now, I'm not sure about other religions, but I'm sure there is something similar in some of them.
So, theoraticly, physically, or religion-wise, I doubt the world is going to end on 12/21/2012.
And your gonna believe its gonna be the end of the world at 2012 we've been on the planet for thousands of years even millions and now someone can say when its the end of the world lol hard to believe a word he says
