Everything else is battling, why should food be left out?

This should be pretty straightforward. Two foods will battle against each other, and the one with the most votes will win the round. Obviously you get one vote per round.

ROUND 1: Hamburgers vs. Hotdogs

I just finished eating some spaghetti, why? Because I like it! Spaghetti is my choice!

Chow mein is Chinese food, but spaghetti is Italian.

What would I pick? Spaghetti. It is healthier and tastier!

I'll just quote myself from page 15, the last time chow mein was in a battle.

I must go with chow mein. Chinese food has always been one of my favorites, and I always order chow mein in a Chinese restaurant. My kids love it too. The younger one laughs each time the older one slurps up a noodle. How can you vote against a child's laughter?

I make spaghetti almost every day and I still prefer chow mein.

I love both chow mein and spaghetti. I'm going to pick spaghetti because meatballs and marinara sauce.

Even though they are both delicious noodle dishes, my vote and my heart go out to... spaghetti!

Nothing signifies a classic Italian dinner like a big plate of spaghetti marinara with a meatball or two on top! It's the closest I've ever been to Italy, and for some reason, chow mein doesn't make me feel the same way about China as spaghetti does about Italy... I guess you just can't beat the cliches. =)

Donuts. Don't get me wrong, I love a bagel with creamed cheese, but you just can't beat a Boston Cream. You just can't.

Donuts, because the hole of a donut is a smaller, bite-sized donut. What's the hole of a bagel? Just air. Yawn.

As delicious as donuts are, my vote this round goes to bagels! A great source of carbohydrates, and also higher than donuts in both protein and iron! No wonder I always feel better after eating a bagel than I do after eating a donut... =)

If it's a jam doughnut, doughnuts. If not, bagels.
