WTF i`m sign 31 times, but I have not received the award, although the bottom writes that received

Dear developer. Please continue time of "Heloween party" 'Holiday sign-in' at least to 1 day. Yesterday armorgames did not work and many people cannt log-in and cannt sign-in to this bonus so will late and not able to get 7'th sign-in bonus with Dark Soul.

game freezes every now and then and nothing u can do but reload the game. help!

Hmmm. Sometimes when I play, there are banners hovering above the WORLD-MAPS that say, 'Treasure Hunters Roam Each Level!', and the other times, the banners are not there. (Screenshot link shows one such banner:

Apparently, whether or not a Treasure Hunter may show up in a level depends on whether or not that banner is hovering above the world's map. Does anyone know what influences the appearance of the banner or not? Are there particular days or times when the banner is more likely? Or does it depend on gameplay factors or something that the user does?

I do not know the reason that I lost 400 diamonds although I have calculated very carefully about the use my diamonds because it was not a small amount money.I had to spend about $ 150 in this game.After collect daily free tax and back to castle, I found the tavern is selected automatically add 1 card.I can not be something silly like that because because I had to pay 200 diamonds for pick 3 card daily in tarven and it is not useful to me,I'm sure this is a problem not caused by me because if I click on the line pick 1 card per day,it will have to make a bulletin board, it is automatically.Everyone play this game knows pick card just one thing is not very important,it's much less important for high level player such as me,especially the pick 4 cards each day it is a costly and not useful,what I said is absolutely true.I can pay 400 diamonds that I have lost on something else that I feel comfortable but it was a mistake not caused by me,. I worry that in the future it could happen again, it really is not fair to me.I have to stick with this game for a long time, I do not want to quit game because of mistakes from system like this, I did email them and Here is the answer " Hi Player

That is the reason why I don´t pay for these games. I mean, something small is allright for example in gemcraft:chasing shadow - magician´s pouch which gives you really good stuffs for a small money but for this game ? Don´t be silly people.

These pay2win games are cancer to gaming industrial and I will never support something like that. That´s my opinion.

EDIT: @vuanhlam92 that smiley "" on the end of the letter was there too or it is yours ? Because if developers added this, it´s just a slap to your face. I would take it as they are smilling for my stupidity or something.

thank you, I feel remorse and stupid to have paid for this game,I will never do it again.I have sent many letters next but they did'nt reply,not receive any support and I've lost money in the bitterness.

Hey, vuanhlam, describe your problem CLEARLY. We're having a hard time understanding what you're trying to say.

217 stars now... getting the next 83 will be really tough! Are there some basic strategies or tips for the lava levels on heroic and hard? They are a pain in the a** for me because the enemy troops just overrun me with mass. Tomorrow I'll be able to buy the Blizzard Tier 2. Hopefully it will help me to beat few new levels.

If you can CORRECTLY and CLEARLY explain your situation to Shinezone in English via email, there is at least a reasonable chance they can remedy the situation.
But, if your email is not PERFECTLY correct as English grammar goes, and if it is not PERFECTLY clear as to what happened, I'm afraid you might be out of luck.

the halloween adoption has a bug
i click reward and nothing happen
but 10 monster essence has gone amiss

There has been a bug and no one was able to claim the last reward for the hallowin sign in. Can you please check it out?

Ok guys the blizzard Tier 2 update is worth it. I'm level 35 and finished now everything I can. Only thing left for me for the moment is magma mount heroic :x Can't find any way to beat it.
