Aren't you supposed to teach us how to cook it? What's the best gravy, curds, and fries combo?

Poutine recipe:

What you need:

1- 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
2- 1 (10.25 ounce) can beef gravy
3- 5 medium potatoes, cut into fries
4- 2 cups cheese curds

Cooking directions
:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep heavy skillet to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C). While the oil is heating, you can begin to warm your gravy.

Place the fries into the hot oil, and cook until light brown, about 5 minutes. Make the fries in batches if necessary to allow them room to move a little in the oil. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain.

Place the fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle the cheese over them. Ladle gravy over the fries and cheese, and serve immediately.

Eat and wait 10 minutes, suddenly you feel heavier, uncomfortable, start getting heart burns, and feel very unhealthy.
You might also get heart burns and even start farting often.

If you're a Hoosier you might burp loudly to entertain your family. xD

"You haven't lived if you haven't eaten poutine" ~ Clancy12, 2014

Ok fine, if you really want a recipe I'll give you one.

---------------------------------------------
Clancy's Cannikin of Caramel Concoction
(Yield: 4-5 servings)

1L Coca-Cola, Pepsi will do
250ml Quebecois Maple Syrup, as fresh as possible

Fill each glass with pop, about 3/4 high.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup per glass, mix slightly.

Serve with traditional foods such as pancakes, baked beans, pork rinds, pickled beats, and maple ham.
---------------------------------------------

Drank a bit to much of this a year or two ago on my trip to Quebec. Fun times...

I thought the recipe for Canadian cooking was going to the Tim Horton's that is a block from your house.
