Well, this is quite interesting:
I got Battle Hardened, Heavily Equipped, Exterminator, Boom, Headshot!, Diversity and Bright Future without even starting the game. (Probably because I started it after the last update, but before the official appearance of the quests.)
Then I replayed Stage 10 on Normal (25:0, of course); this triggered Cleaning Up and, more importantly, Strike Force Hero with in-game achievements Battle Hero and Veteran; those two didn't trigger up before despite me trying almost every possible way to do so before, so this was a little surprise for me.
Then I challenged my own lvl1 soldier, and I didn't even have to play the match (triggered at the start of the match) - New Challenger!
After that, I sold a few things to get the Enterpreneur and the Shop's Best Friend.
Then I played a few quick five-point deathmatches to recruit five additional heroes (I only went with the first one - Wesley - and nine Uniques). That triggered Ready for Anything.
So, to sum it up: 11/11, which is also (I think) my personal Daily Hero Board record. :P
Yup, about the same. Pretty sure the first 8 quests are tied to achievements(I've left SFH3 on for a night or so to grind cash), while the SFH quest is checked at the end of each story match. But yeah, things work pretty well.
The fixes are quite welcome, though fixing the infini-tank buster makes me sad . Oh well, I guess it basically means rehab/iron curtain/fortune 500 becomes undisputed kings of OP.
Is it necessary to clear saved data before going for the quests? I've done all of these quests' requirements few months ago, and now I seem to be unable to get any of the quests.
Er... wait... nevermind... For whatever reason, a refresh told the game to load another, old save file and this time most of the quests just popped up right after I clicked on the "Heroes" in-game tab.

@Komodor Did you try low quality? It's what I generally use for long (2+ hrs) cash grinds. Also, even though the drum-mag rocket trick no longer works, none of the scenarios(except insane devs/gun games where you are heavily underleveled) are that hard.
Why is the quest series jumbled up in this thread?
Any tips on easy leveling or money? @randomblah Are you playing active for 2+ hours, or is there a way to earn otherwise? Can't find much of a walk-through yet, although I did only just start on this game.

Yes -- what does it mean to leave the game on overnight to grind cash? I'm trying to figure out how that would work .....
Daily missions are good for XP, especially domination/cap the flag. Or even story missions of that type(for lower levels).
Btw, for ''Heads up'', look for a helmet in the sand, in the gorge.
Leaving the game on to grind cash - the AI will fight for you, and earn cash. If you have severely overpowered AI's(e.g. with Kings of OP), then you can essentially leave the game alone. In other words, what you want to do is to:
1. Start a capture the flag mission in custom, against high lvl opponents(maximize $). Your (5 man recommended) team needs to be strong enough to capture the flag three times. I recommend street(the smallest map), as it maximizes the # of casualties. AI's are almost universally retarded, particularly on this map, and it will never end.
2. Capture the flag twice. It's much easier at the beginning, when things aren't lagged out. This should leave only one flag cap for when you want to finish the game.
3. Get yourself killed. Then, before you respawn, click on another character. Do not press select character. Your camera should follow the camera around as he slaughters folks.
4. When you get bored/have plenty of cash/every couple hours(lag) or so, select your OP character and finish the flag match.
5. Profit. A 2 hr run can easily earn 100-200k, an 8 hr run can earn 400k. Your mileage can vary based on comp speed, team strength, and lag.
6. Spin up the casino. Profit. Repeat for more cash. Shorter sessions yield more exp. 50-100 kills levels up almost any character(including 25-30). Sub lvl 10 characters generally only need to participate.
*For step 1, I sometimes restart if the enemies have strong weapons(e.g. bennett's doom, etc). This ensures that their expected lifetime is very short.
*Step 3 is optional. If you want to manually kill things, I recommend the paralyzer. It has absurd dps and tends to outmelee every weapon. Its short range, however, means that AI's are terrible with it.
The three weapons I mention are golden(e.g. perfect) weapons. The Iron Curtain is a golden AK-12(AK-12 alone is already quite OP). Rehab is a golden intervention. Fortune's 500 is a golden railgun. Step 6 will introduce you to many of these.
Bennett's doom(golden, no flight time commando), Boomstick(golden DB-12), and Defriender(golden Tac-12(I think)) may or may not be better for pvp, but don't have the absurd killing capacity of those guns due to ammo restrictions.

Unless there's a way to turn off automatic pausing, you actually have to just leave the computer alone while the game's running, right? Switching tabs or whatever will pause the game.
I was hoping to have it grind while I was working on other stuff. Oh, well.
You insult Defriender by saying it's gold TAC 12.
TAC 12's gold/custom/perfect version is called Ice Chamber. Defriender is a custom version of R870. TACs are generally weak; Defriender shrekts.
