Since I first joined the club, I'll share my plan.
First, Since I would probably be in my house half asleep, and Im a Dominican Republic citzen, I'd probably head down to the docks, which I live near.I'd be too tired to run.I would pick up whatever was strong enough to smash on a zombies head(variable, but basically anything from a iron crobar, a baseball bat, a . I dont own a car, my work is basically down the street. So I would probably hijack a car, of which I know how, and I would splice the wires to hijack it, and drive off very fast. Then I would get tot the docks, and check the militaries shipments, while trying to sneak around, and hell, put dirt on my cloths and face to camoflauge, and pretend to be a zombie from the distance.
I would try to get into the military shipments, and bust in to get whatever I can lay my hands on. Since I have fired a gun(yes I have fired at someone as well before)
I would make sure the gun doesnt have a ID system, so I can use it without hassle.
Then I would make sure I can load the gun effiencity, Make sure its NOT a shotgun.(shotguns jam too easy, I know this from personal expereince.)
And then I would head to the dock veiw tower, there would probably be alot of zombies in there, so I would use stealth movements, but if that failed I would probably have whatever I pickedu p earlier, as well as a gun( It probably be a HK20E with 5 clips of ammunition, as well as a crowbar or something.)
And I would basically check the main captians offices, and take their keys, and then get back down as soon as possible. Probably, for the size of it, if everyone was infected in the post, I would probablysay close to 50 zombies. Mabye less, so you could probabyl kill that many, and they arent all in one area, theyre spread.
In the docks in total, 200 zombies, all spread. My town isn't very big, but we have tourist resorts to the south, and my town is northeast of Rio San Jaun.
So once I found keys, and I would ring the boats horn, to see which one was which, and track it that way.
If it didnt have petrol in it, I would search for it, and keep my eye out for survivors and zombies as well. I might have found survivors near the boat launches, considering there is fishermen who have harpoons and do have pistols often, so they would probably hole up in the docks until one of them got their boats ready. I would take me and some of the fisherman when I got 2 tanks of petrol( about the size of a backpack) to the boat(which is a fishing trawler, most of them are around 2 tons.), and I would drive off with some of the fishermen I know, and head out to the next dovck, which is east of us. We would refill on petrol there, for about 8 days journey, and get more non perishable foods on the way.(such as cans,Like I wouldve done earlier when I stocked them in the docks from the shipments.) And we would've headed off further out to sea, fully provisioned for 8 days, and head off to some rocky islands to the north east, which are about 2.5 kilometres long, and it is sparsely populated. It's called Santo Piscalla, and Last I remember it was only about 50 people total on a 2.5 kilometre island. They have canoes and some petrol, and we had our fishing gear, so We would hole up there for months, via fishing, and the food already there. ( I hope the fish arent zombified, that would just be too hard....)
The island has fresh water springs, and we can outlast the rainy seasons as welll thanks to the huge cliffs that block the winds and waves. We would stay there for months, search for survivors, and kill all the zombies on the island. Which is possible, as long as you manage to smash their heads off beyond harmful means, and their hands and feet. Then we would put all the bodies in a recycling facility thats there, originalyl used to recycle rubber, cars, and the like, and we would "recycle" the zombie bodies, so we dont have to worry about them.
There would probably be a few handful survivors then us, and we would all survive there for as long as possible, which wouldnt be too hard. I realize Electricity would run out, but we wouldnt have to worry. We have fishing ships, and we had enough things to light fires with. So that is my plan.
If the zombies do have the same time amount of rotting, Then by 2-5 weeks, wouldnt they be rotted so much they couldnt even move/live?
If that is true, then after 3 motnhs or so, we would just scout the shorelines of the mainland of Dominican republic, and just see if there are any zombies left.
There would still be infective bodies, so we probably wouldnt touch the place until a year or more.
