This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.
run/walk: they walk
scream/groan: they groan
day/night: All da time babey!
what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!
survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH
guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.
cure: there is none.
where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.
how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME
family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too. able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.
durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.
doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!
Actually they move faster at night. A large bit faster. They walk at a normal speed during the day, but at night they move much faster. almost to the point of a jog, or faster. And you said you would move from house to house. You owuld still be clsoe enough to your last house that they would find you. And remember. They smell and hear very good.
Well, your first plan yo usaid nothing about having cows, or being a hiker. Now, you are.
Wow, I come in after a few nights of swine to find my VP getting PO'd like I used to.
Lemme asses this situation...
As far as you, biscuit, I agree with alt and skater as far as the "ics or it didn't happen" attitude. Cows won't last you long, and are unreliable, and you have no way to get a steady amount of water. I do not reccomend that you hole up in your house, but you do seem well stocked. If you could get a steady amount of food and water within the month, then I'll accept your plan. However far-fetched it may seem.
Also, as for your fence idea, it can break. If there are 20 zombies stacked up on a fence trying to push it down, it's going to go down.
I'm going to realistic here, I don't have any special sword, gun, or survival training. Let alone the equipment. I'm planning with what I actually have.
Okay, first on the list, weapons:
Hammers: Small and medium sledge, 2 normal hammers, and all painted black.
Crowbar: Can be a useful tool and weapon. Won't break cause it's solid metal.
Axe: 2, cause I know I'll be tempted to try and throw one(the idiot I am).
Chainsaw: Just kidding. Just in case anyone doesn't realize this yet, it is a monumenally stupid choice. It requires high matinence, gas, and it weighs alot too. Not to mention the noise will probably attract any zombie close enough to hear.
Tools:
My brain: This may sound silly, but even if you have the best conditions and equipment, if you don't know how to use it to your advantage, you're most definitely screwed.
Nails: Just in case I need a quick barricade.
First aid kit: Generally forgotten, but you shouldn't forget that the walking dead aren't your only biological problem. Untreated wounds can be lethal too.
Rope: I'm sure it will come in handy for something.
Flashlight with crank charge battery: If I need a light.
Backpack filled with light supplies: In case I need to get away fast.
Transportation: Prius. Fuel efficency and near silence when the car is running on batteries. I'll also have my bike. No gas needed and the most quiet next to walking.
I'll finish my plan(like food, water, home base and such) in a later post.
