This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.

run/walk: they walk

scream/groan: they groan

day/night: All da time babey!

what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!

survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH

guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.

cure: there is none.

where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.

how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME

family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too.
able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.

durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.

doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted
I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!

how small is the hammer?

Well, this is my plan:

Set the umbrella on fire and quickly run outside while using it to push zombies out of the way. if the hammer is big enough, use it to kill zombies behind or next to you.

sorry for double post...

My plan:
I live on a military base, so i would store as much non-perishable food and bottled waters in my backpack and head over to the weapons facility, where they store all the weapons. Since it's a military base, there might be a survivor stronghold there, but if not i would try to contact any other survivors with the radios and camp out in the base until my food ran low. Once that happened I would go over to the grocery store with my guns and stay there until the zombie infestation was over or until i died.

Everybody says that they'd just cross the street with their weapons as if it's just crossing the street with their weapons. maybe you guys should go to google videos and watch the Left 4 Dead 1 trailer, or the Left 4 Dead 2 trailer. I recommend L4D1 because it specifically shows the survivors fighting for their lives just to cross the street.

wow.. reference to a game to support your ctricizing.. epic..

anyways,

You migh not want to stay in a grocery store. 1. it'll probably be aleady looted and not much for you to take. 2. not good protection. 3. its probably infested with zombies.

Also, what about transportation and other nescesities. Try to think about almost everything that you will need in order to survive, even the small things. Nice try though =)

(Note: My criticizing your plan doesn't mean a whole lot sinc eim not officially a member but hey, never hurts to help)

yes i supposed your right, i have played and beaten both l4d1 and 2, so I know how hard it is to just "cross the street", guess i just forgot about that.
I'm gonna take into consideration what Bjiscui and Lathus said and try to make my plan better

*cough* ignore lathus *cough*

Crossing the street could be anywhere from extremely easy to extrmely hard...

it depend son your location, im assuming that since your on an army base most of the zombies would have been killed already... obviously somone isnt just going to let a zombie bight them without a fght.

so i think the zombie level would be fairy low and simply crossing a street would be easy.

@Lathus, you can't use games as a reference... they are made to be hard/fun...

Yet again, they also base most of their stuff on actual likeliness. like where you would find each weapon/zombie/etc. Have you ever played/seen the trailer of any L4D game? They prove a good point in any way you want to look at zombies.

well in l4d games it's not actually based on likeliness. where in real life are u going to find Molotovs, pipe bombs, health packs that almost instantly heal u, and AK-47's everywhere u go, just lying around in the street or on a car.
you can't compare a real zombie apocalypse to a game, atleast not to l4d

yes... i have... resident evil is a more likely comparrison. although i highly doubt you can go all rambo... but picture the roads liek that. cars everywere. wrecked mostly. broken buildings etc. etc.

not a flood of screaming jumping flyign (unless specified in virus) zombies comming at you...

horrible comparision

The first time i hear about the outbreak i would stock up on canned foods and water. After that i would put it all in a good backpack (so it doesnt break easily). Then i would leave my house and go to my local minimart thingy. Then i would barricade the doors.since the store is small there is only 2 doors to come in. After that i would try and look for survivors outside the window. when they come in i would ask if anything bit them. If something did i would put them out of thier misery. if they are fine i would let them stay, but i would only have a maximum o 5 people there with me. then i would spend my life there until we ran out of food. Then my group of survivors would find anything in the store that could be used as a weapon. Then we would leave and find someplace to stay. Then we would repeat the process until we died or the zombie outbreak ended

Make a distraction with the toolbox, maybe throw it out the window furthest away from the door you need to exit. Hopefully they'll be distracted, for added protection lite the umbrella on fire, throw it outside (Not near the car of course), I assume there's grass so the fire should grow rapidly, take the hammer and cloths rack, and run for the car before the fire/zombies/zombies on fire get to the car.

Why would they be distracted you'd have to throw it on them. Grass does not burn that well unless it is really dry. Plus the ummbrela would make a good weapon.

Alright, lighting the umbrella on fire.

The material it is made of (nylon basically) Burns SO fast, you would not have anything to throw.

The tool box throwing.

Your throwing an unedible object away from you. Why would they chase it? They can no nom it.

Me? Well....I would proabably use the coat rack, which is probably made of wood. I would use the bottom of it, were the feet are to keep it standing, as a weapon to hold them back. If icould get in the car I would....however I would first look for a moon/sun roof in the top of the car. Then, jump on car, and get in that way. Opening the door would mean putting your back to the zombies.
