This is a completely serious club, people who make a decent enough plan will be able to comment and review other plans. Here is some zombie info.
run/walk: they walk
scream/groan: they groan
day/night: All da time babey!
what they attack: EVERYTHING THEY HEAR, OR THAT MOVES!
survivors: very very little, like near 100-1000 people on EARTH
guns: This is real time, being your neighboorhood and everything, you have all the resources you have in your house.
cure: there is none.
where to go: so long as you have a plan to get their, go for it.
how much you can carry: AGAIN, THIS IS REAL TIME
family members: theres a high chance they are zombehs too. able to join: if you didn't read, just make a good plan.
durability: they can take ALOT of damage, worse than playing last stand 2 with just a pistol for the entire game when the zombies have twice as much life.
doors: they can't work a doorhandle for the mostpart of their brain is already rotted I am still making my plan right now, but I think some of you can do it. Let the zombie surviving begin!
nope, my zombies are out during day and night, and friedpenuts, good grammar and longer plans are needed. Thanks for giving it a half-ass shot though. Great job *rolls eyes*
Sorry FIRST TIME BLOGGER hows this..... i see zombies out side i start to panic so i grab the phone. nothing......i decide to get outa there so i grab all the things that might be good at hurting zombies (air soft gun, knives etc.) and head out. i only bugged em more with the air soft gun and thru knives like a 2 year old, so i found this old barn with a shot gun decided to use it. i fired three shots till my clip ran out, having no experience with guns i hot-wired a car and drove to the sports man ware house i went in and saw 2 hunters with shot guns and thought we might get outa there alive. They taught me how to use guns and we used our hot-wired to drive to their out of the way cabin. we soon ran out of gas right near a zombie infested gas station, and blew zombie brains all over the place. once the massacre was over we got useful things like gum and beef jerky. we drove on to the cabin, found many guns, food, clothing, and a farm near by, i thought ok we'll make it. The next day we were surrounded by zombies and thought we would die until i found an old plane called The Lady Winner. me and Joe (my new friend) fought off the zombies while frank got the plane running. we hopped in quickly and flew east, unfortunately the compass was back wards and we flew (duh) west. When I woke up from the crash I was in a city unnamed and unknown. we made a bunker out of the boot store and found a radio. I tried to use it then i gave it to frank when (insert 70's window breaking sound here) all the zombies crawled thru the window and killed us all. Sorry its like a story and we died but dyeing is inevitable in a zombie apocalypse so can i get in now (all of the things I wrote were things I would have done in a zombie apocalypse).
Ok, well back on the flamethrower debate, If its brain were exposed (if it's skull crackes) And you could easily get the flame onto the aprasite, then you have a chance. I would still say no for the simple fact that they are dangourus to you as well, and there are better alternitives.
I think flamethrowers would be bad at trying to kill zombies but if you are in a wood shack and burn the place down it would be good, otherwise flaming, screaming zombies running strait at you would be considered a bad thing in my mind.
Ok, peanuts, shot guns are bad. They take a long time to re-load, have fairly bad accuricy, and have a scatter effect whihc wouldn't be the best, becuse your chances of a lethal hit to the brain are slim.
What? Thou doth dare disrespect ye olde gun of shot? *gasps* Your description of shotguns really only applies to breach loading or old pump shotguns. These days, there are combat shotguns which have a large holding capacity and are quick to load. Some even have actual clips of shells that you can just pump in, lock, load and fire away with. The right shotgun can be a major help when in close quarters such as buildings, dense wooded areas and the such. Pistols have a very good chance of missing when the shooter is going around a corner, and rifles are clumsy and akward to maneuver with. With a shotgun, you can get around corners faily well and squeeze off a shot. Also, the spread of the shot is hard to miss with at that range. Even if you miss the head you will have enough time to re-aim and go for the face.

Even though that that IS true, normal citizens don't exactly have military class shotguns. Alot of the time they are thinking, "Shotgun, pump action 12 guage is in the garage". Plus, we're talking about the MAIN WEAPON. Frankly, maybe you shouldn't be carrying a weapon at all, except for a CQC of course, so a decent enough shotgun wouldn't be that bad. Either way, unless you got a militia shotgun that you don't just use to kill pheasants, a shotgun isn't THAT great. Especially since it has some knockback, so you might not be able to handle it.
1: No one would have access to a flamethrower OR combat shotgun unless you happened to be a military personnel with Un-restricted access. (Or, yes, a farmer, who is quite wealthy)
2: A flamethrower is utterly useless because a Zombie wouldn't die in a quick enough time
3: Shotguns aren't advised because, the most common types, are slow-loading and poor in accuracy
But what about Oozies? > I know someone in Ny who owns a few (I live very close to Ny and this person is close to me) They would be awesome. Because with those, I could plow 'em down and reload quickly! Yea pwnage!
Scenario Time *Come sit by the fire kiddies* You've set up camp inside your garage. (The garage is separate from the house and is quite large, say 75x125) You have enough cans for weeks, and enough guns and ammo for quite enough carnage. Same with water. But outside you see Zombies, and you don't see the end of them. . . and you haven't finished fixing the East wall. . . what do you do?
Final plan... I get a flatbed truck find chainsaw's gas and a huge bowl and make a chainsaw fence fully automatic. so i can stay at the gas staition and refule when ever i need it
yeah, 1. TRUCKS AND CARS ARE BAD. Roads are gonna be filled with either zombie'd out people or just no one in general, plus, cars aren't good defenses at ALL. 2. Chainsaws are total gas eaters, forget what you see in the movies, they eat up gas quickly, and you wanna stay as far away from a zombie as you possibly can. 3. A wall with chainsaw slots, or even one completely made out of chainsaws, is something you would see in a low budget B-zombie sci-fi movie. It would take substantial time and to fuel it would take way more than one gas stations worth of gas.
