It gets ambushed en route, so the people loyal to the wall also have a TMD, they reverse age the wall... +1560 hp (stop messing with the TMD, or I'll have to ban time trsvel)
I hire a Warlock and he has the Cold Death ability, and the Swift Mind ability. And expert Irrestible Magic. He is lvl 13. And, I gave him a Staff of Sar-Issus, a Pendant of Mastery, a Ring of Sar-Issus, a Crown of Sar-Issus, and a Tome of Destruction.
He has a first strike due to the Swift Mind ability and the wall's very low Initiative, and he casts Ice Bolt (he has enough mana, this is assured by his artifacts and level)(and he knows the spell as he has the Tome). So, he casts Ice Bolt on the wall. The wall's magic resistance is negated by his staff, so unless you do some superstuff it does hit.

Since you said Future Weapons are available I think I'm gonna gather my own Army of Stormtroopers complete with Lightsabers and attack the wall for as long as we can
