First of all, no posting religious comments about how stuff is wrong in this thread. Of course everyone is allowed to state their opinion, but Christians and other religious people who just post about premarital sex, same sex relationships and other deviations from the standardized common norm is wrong because their biblething says so, tends to ruin the healthy discussion. So please, if you have nothing else to say, don't bother saying it.
I talked with Strop about getting this topic up and running, so... I don't think I'm not allowed to, though some of you youngsters may find it offensive. Please, if weird things about sex disturbs you, stop reading now. Kthnxbai.

For anyone that do not "suffer" from a paraphilia, most of that can probably sound - grotesque... But many people in this world have one or more paraphilias.

I think many of them are extremely gross, but most people have at least one of the listed. Personally, I have seven.

I'm impressed...the extent of most peoples' knowledge of Ancient Greek sexuality is "they loved teh gay". Furthermore, "Platonic relationship" was actually a little bit more detailed than its modern interpretation. Paraphilias are by and large no longer considered a disease by definition, unless the behaviors they are associated with cause pathology in the patient themselves. This includes distress, or loss of social, mental or physical function.
For example, if one could only gain gratification from some practice, it would be pathological pretty much if they thought it was, or if they wanted to do something and they couldn't, and that bothered them. Or it caused them to do something illegal (like, say, in case of exhibitionism or pedophilia). This isn't like your typical medical condition which is generally medicalised.

Need to clarify here: age-specific 'araphilias' can only be properly applied to adults. There are a number of more specific guidelines for psych evaluation when it comes to age differences in younger relationships. In Australia, age of consent is 16 years, which means that if both parties are younger than this, an age gap of more than 2 years is an indication for intervention. However if one person is older, then that gap increases to four years. At least I think.
I would say pedophilia is waaaay easier, because thats actually like... uh... natural.

yep, it's nature. Men find boobs attractive, and in order to get a mate, the body makes 'em larger. Also, I found that, in a way, nature made it work too. Males may not look for bigger boobs because they have more milk for a child, but it does make sense in a naturalist kind of way.

Both imply that the body somehow "knew" that breasts were the new in thing and therefore "made them larger", when properly speaking, the body doesn't know any such thing. Possibly you could say that assuming there was a transition from crawling to standing erect, larger breasts were naturally (and gradually) selected and therefore became prevalent. Contributing factors may include no longer being a hindrance to mobility and their site becoming more prominent.
Also note here (this is to everybody who thinks breasts are the only thing that matter), that phenomenon would exist as a trend within population groups, not necessarily a rule applied to the species.
