I lolled before I even read what you have to say. How is Bush the best president? And even if he was on the ballot, he has a >40% backup, so it won't ever happen, SORREEZ!

I agree w/ u Graham alot of the things they said he did like sending us to War were not his sole fault ( if u call it that. Every herd of the Constitution ye well it kinda says that THE PRESIDENT CANNOT SEND A COUNTRY TO WAR that is a right reserved for congress. So congress sent us to war and since theirs a majority of DEMOCRATS in Congress the Democrats had more part in sending us to war than the REPUBLICANS did.

I don't know a ton of politics, but the president can call off a war. He can veto most decisions made by any branch. A president can't send us to war, but he can stop it. And that majority of Democrats came through after the war started.

The second purpose of this post is to see how ticked off and passionate people respond to this...lol. Well vent, rage against the post, or support me. it's your choice. =]

All I can say to that is thank goodness for twenty-second amendment.

When Congress gave Bush the power to go to war against "terrorism" it was at that time a Republican majority in Congress. During the next congressional election, the Republicans were ousted and the Democrats got a majority - but that was well after we went to war.

This unpopularity of Bush is really unprecedented - especially in my lifetime. Even when Clinton was not having "sexual relations with that woman" his popularity was still higher and recovered much faster. Whether Bush is just a moron (very likely) or a victim of circumstance (also likely), it would be completely fruitless for him to even think about running again - even if this was just his first term.
