As much as I like Spider-Man, Batman would beat him in a fight. Spidey would be questioning wether he should really be attacking a fellow superhero, while Batman would just start attacking. Yes, Spider-Man can jump and avoid him, but if he runs out of web fluid, he's dead.

Batman has the Batmobile. Spider-Man had the Spider-Mobile. Who crashed theirs first. Who destroyed theirs at all?

Batman would without a doubt win.

Batman knows a lot of forms of martial arts. While Spiderman can fight well and has improved strength due to the spider bite thing, he can also shoot spider webs. However, Batman has all those neat little gadgets in his utility belt. His suit is also like full body armor, which can also be used to attack people because those things on his forearms extend out and he can cut people with them. This would be a great fight to see. I say Batman would win because he knows many styles of martial arts, has a lot of gadgets in his utility belt, and has that suit. If this were to be a fight where they weren't in their costumes, I still think Batman would win. He knows many styles of martial arts which gives him an advantage. Spiderman just throws spider webs around and has improved strength.

Spider Man because if he can take all of Batman's weapons and then he'll be basically just a rich guy.

He's a vigilante. Spiderman can be considered one as well, according to the first Spiderman movie. Batman isn't a "superhero" since he doesn't have any powers, but he is a "hero". Also, just because someone is a superhero doesn't mean they win.

Batman would because he as all those gadgets. All spiderman has is web and I guess some cool fighting moves.

Having to rely on your equipment and gadgets, rather than talent, is cheating because that doesn't make you a super hero.

Except for the fact that it would never get to that. Spiderman would just wrap Batman in a web, and then its game over.

Anyway, it depends on the circumstances.
