IT would be a close and good match, and although I prefer spiderman, I do believe batman would come out victorious. Although there are certain situations in which the wall crawler could come out victorious.
I'd say it would depend, quite a lot actually, on whether the fight between them was pre-planned or not. If it was then Batman would probably have time to find out more about Spiderman and how he fights and then use this knowledge to his advantage - through gadgets or a certain strategy when fighting Spidey.

My guess is Spidey. If I were him, (guessing they are in a city environment) I would probably use my spidey sense to dodge his attacks until he is tired out. Then thats when I would attack.
I like both Batman and Spiderman. But I think Spiderman would win either way.
In my own opinion I think spiderman would win even with the fact that bat man is one of my fav super hero I give it to spider man cous he has mor agility strength speed well alittle bit of very thing except for branis but spider man is smart inhis own way.even if u say that bat man beat superman is because of the krypton knight and spider man managed to beat the hulk.and spider man villains are way mor stronger and som smarter than bat man villains and spider man still beats them all including the sinister 6 all by himself. And plus when spidy gets older he owns and can defeat venom or carnig with no sweat.spidy will deafinaly win100 present plus he can doge batmans evry move with his spider sense.
In my opinion, batman is a clear winner. He has many weapons and great moves, while spidey just can swing around with his spidey string. Batman all the way!
Batman doesn't need powers. He's fought villans with powers before and he's beat them. Besides spider man can't dodge everything. And if batman can definintly find a way to beat spiderman. If not the first time, then definintly the next.
Spiderman dosen't have armor. He's not trained in fighting either. What's he gonna do? Stick Batman in a web? Batman would cut it. All Batman has to do is put some tape over Spiderman's wrists and he'll win easy.
