I know alot of people avoid thees posts about GOD and Heaven but I just want to know peoples oppions about heaven.Do you belive there is a heaven and if you do what do you think its like?

First of all it would be nice if you could spell right , but thats for a whole other thread.... Christains do not ssay DEATH to LIBERALS we just don't agree all the time with them . And liberals don't agree with us all the time . Abortion is , as you say ' is EVIL ' , because you are killing innicent babys. But again thats another thread all together.... And Christains are not SCIENCE KILLERS we just have diffrent views on diffrent subjects of science . And we believe in science not evolution -_-
no i do not believe in heaven. heaven, like santa claus, is just a way to motivate people to do good things in their life. i think, that people would be very disappointed when they died. actually, i think that when you die it is a dreamless sleep. you don't see anything or anyone, it is just indescribeable.

Heaven won't exactly be happiness. It isn't that simple. You can do anything there. That's the problem. Have you noticed, If you play a super fun game for a super long time it becomes boring? Relate this to heaven.
Heaven can be Hell... Hell can be Heaven...

And I certainly don't want to go there if you are automatically happy for no reason. It's like somone is controlling you. I don't know about you, but being happy would be... sad. You would be all jumpy and smiling... but in your mind you would be hating it.
But I may be wrong. If I'm right, we're screwed either way.
uhh...if there is a heaven it would seem to me that it would be a place were everything is just perfect for you, perfect weather, clean fresh air, and everything and everyone you love is there to make it just perfect
I'm Agnostic, so I don't know whether or not there is a Heaven, but let's say I believe in it.
How do we know it's going to be all it's made out to be? I read a book once, don't remember the title, but it was a sci-fi type book. So anyway, on Mars this species would send their elderly down a river on a raft when they got old, supposably going to the equivalent of Heaven. No one had ever gone there and come back though, so they didn't know where they were really sending these people. Turns out, they end up getting killed basically upon entry. If they manage to live for a few days they're going to get hunted down and killed. So basically, no one knows how it's really going to be. Maybe the people who interpreted God's word misunderstood, or maybe they just didn't want to write that it would be horrible. I think that if I was contacted by "God" and he told me that Heaven is as bas as Hell (which I don't really believe in) I wouldn't be too eager to tell everyone.

You can still have a purpose without getting to go to heaven. If a person saves a life and there is no heaven is there life meaningless. Hell if someone cures Cancer but there is no Heaven does that mean that their life is meaningless.

I say, heaven exists, and in heaven, even if the streets are gold, what is the use? Do you need money in heaven? I would like heaven to have lush nature, instead of here on earth, buildings and factories everywhere. Heaven is the one place there are no downsides.
I think it has to, I mean what will happen when you die, blackness forever? NO!! THAT WOULD STINK!!! The queestion is if it does, what will it bee like?
