you people disgust me!! i don't care if you don't like who was elected as the next president, stop complaining. the election is OVER. you can't change anything (except mail letters to senators, but whatever).

a real patriot, a real American, would get behind the elected president and support him for the office he was just elected to. you haven't seen obama lead yet, and you have no idea what will result from him being president. and surprise! i am a conservative who was supporting John McCain. i am not happy that Barack Obama was elected b/c i disagree with him about different issues.. but it is my duty, it is all of our duties as American citizens to support the elected president.

Well, I didn't really like either of the candidates that were in the primaries, and I wouldn't say that Obama is the best thing that happened to America, because he's not, but I do not think that he will do a bad job while in office. But saying that you are not proud to be an American just because of a change is appalling. Americans do not give up because of something that we do not like, that is just simply...Un-American! If we gave up then we would have never freed ourselves from the brits, we would have never gotten through the great depression, we would have never gone to the moon. You sir, are very un - american.

I love this country and things can't always gop your way sometiomes life takes turns in the opposite direction you just have to suck it up and live with it. You may hate the president but NEVER say you are not proud to be a law abiding citizen that is just no class there.

First off, shut the hell up. If you don't like this country, then move to Al Queda and become a terrorist. This is the greatest country in the wrold, and if you don't like it, then leave. Sure, we're going through some trying times, but Barak, as much as I disaprove of him, is what America stands for, that someone, who would otherwise be shut down in another country, can rise up against racism, against discrimination, and become the president. This is a country for freedom, and a country to build a new life, and if you don't like America, then let a bald eagle come and tear your eyes out of your head. You screw up.
