Everybody is talking about the first black president, but nobody is mentioning Barack Obama's mother. Barack obama's mother is from the plains, and is 100% white. So unless his father is 100% black, then Mr. Obama cannot be considered the first black president.
Obama's father is NOT 100% black. He's not even 50% black. Only one of Obama's great-grandparents is actually black!!!
Therefore, even though Obama may have a good tan, he is the 44th white president of the US.
If a black guy says, that white boy, is he racist. If a white guy says, that black boy, is he racist.
It would depend on the jest of the conversation and in what context it was said, but think of it casualy.
This isn't racist, but it isn't politically correct, what is politically correct is to say, if not just "that guy" then "that Caucasian guy" same with "that African guy"(or whatever country they are from) so it is possible for someone to take that remark as racist. I don't think that it's racist but people who are very uptight and only use politically correct terms could see that as racism.
Ya Obama can choose, but don't you think it would be weird if he said from now on I want to be considered white? Its weird the way we categorize, because there is no defined rules for categorizing by race, especially if we are mixed. Its kind of...idk, possibly racist, that if someone has even just a bit of black in them they are considered black. It could be because those traits dominate, but idk.
No this dude just hates Obama. And I don't care if he's the first black president, but it's not that he is 100% black, you couldn't have been 20% black and lived a full life to the potential of the same 100% white person.
So the fact that Obama is even 50% black and looks it means that many racist have either died (Pretty much), or gotten over it(Probably not).
He won Iowa which is 98% white, which means that most of America has moved on and that when 45 years ago Father Martin Luther King Jr. said, "I have a dream that my son will not be judged by the color of his skin but the content of his character"
