I would rather freeze - the numbness inflicted is the opposite compared to the piercing, unspeakably astronomical pain inflicted by the immolation of fire.
Awesome? Wouldn't you be fossilized after a million years? Even if you weren't, would you want to be brought back looking worse than this? (If you're weak of stomach, don't open that.) How would they find you? Why would they bring you back? How would they do that?
You expect someone in a million years to unfreeze you and bring you back to life miraculously? Heh, the chances of you being killed in your frozen state are very, very high. How can someone just be there conveniently, in a million years? We don't even have such technology and it can't be guaranteed that we'll have it within this century.
well maybe not a million years. I bet all humans will be frozen in a million years. lol. But when the technology is invented to bring back a frozen person i will be one of the few people they can bring back. They will freeze me in a block of ice and throw me in a temp. controlled vault until i can be brought back
Will there even be humans as we know them in a million years? Why would we all want to be frozen? Wouldn't there be better ways to prolong life? Why will you be "chosen"? How do you know all this? Why do you feel special? What is the meaning of this?
If you're frozen in an iceblock, you're probably dead, there's no bringing your old self back to life again.. but they will be able to clone yourself once the technology is ready, which may make you even more successful than Ghingis Kahn XD If I had to choose, I'd ask if I can get a travel directly to the sun, so I'll enjoy a view like nobody will ever experience, before I'll get vaporized
