Thanks Samy =)

War On Terror anyone?

I personally support the war on terror. It is no doubt that when I join I will be placed into the war as well. Now no one supports war, but many people support the troops and the effort for peace. I'm not trying to offend anyone but the terriorst have taken there religion and twisted the meaning of it a little. I do not recall any religion that preaches hate.

I happen to know many friends and family members overseas and I do not know one of them who has said we shouldn't be there.

Yeah I know. The media is probably the biggest people to blame for everyone's bad view on the war.

Yeah we will def. be in other wars. I have a feeling that pulling our troops out of Iraq will only cause trouble.

After their government collapeses I fear America may once again present itself as a target.

I think were going to have some sort of giant problem soon that will shake us and were going to have to start over i dont think our country can exist if it keeps going like this...and ya were going to appear weak and indesicive

America is still "divided" and if we remain like this we will not be a strong nation like we once were. We can hold our own against the out side nations for a while. But we (in my opinion) are being destroyed from the inside starting with the media, and our own government.

Drafting? Everyone country uses it when in an emergency.
Btw, Armenia requires any able bodied individual 18+ to serve for 2 years.

Well not every country, they just can't get a unregistered 18+ person to go in, they have to sign up then wait. And Whoa, What about if they had children ;'(

Doesn't matter. Doesn't matter if you're in college anymore, either. When a guy turns 18 in America, he has to sign up for the "Selective Services," which are essentially the draft. There's something like a $5,000 fine if you don't.

I would rather pay the fine.

You still have to sign up. The fine is for not signing up in the first place; kind of like missing a court date.
