Even if pornography isn't against most religions, i think most religions would condemn it from a moral point of view. Plus ( i cant remember which commandment) says you shouldnt covet things, and i suspect that is what most people who watch porn are doing.(aside from the other obvious thing)

um at the moment i think that porn shouldn't be made illegal. Again like said many times before, it helps keep pediphiles and perverts off the streets... But then there are certain porns which are more disgusting and nasty than anything... ex: torture porn, and 2 girls one cup lol. That kinda porn should be made illigal because tons of people are watching these more women suffer from having disgusting things happening to them... just an opinion i guess

It's not disgusting for them if they have those fetishes. It shouldn't be legal to force porn actors to do such things, but there is not really any reason to stop the fetishists... Oh, by "torture porn", do you mean S/M, masochism related things or actual snuff?

The upsetting thing for me is that how far is it from cheating? You're watching other people do something which for me degrades the person you're with.

Assuming that the people in the movies are quite happy to be doing it and it's all legal (ie no peadophilea, zoophilea and so on so fourth) I don't see the problem really.
I don't know were this "Bad for kids" thing comes from, b/c when I was 4 years old, I was flipping skirts, and by 6 I was playing doctor. Mostly out of curiosity. Porn just shows you what you can do, and how to do it. It's a lot safer than getting 13 year old girls pregnant because you had no idea what you were doing, or had no relief for this. I didn't even know about self gratification when I was 10 and ended up hurting myself really bad trying to figure it out.
