That's funny because last I checked it was were the server was that depend on the rules.
Shutting down a site with a server in one place would restrict people all over the world from viewing it, which may not actually be illegal in those countries thereofre it's a breach of human rights. When people 'shut down' sites they hand over their domain names to the authorities, if the domain names are in the hands of a foreign company there is no obligation for them to do this as they don't fall under the law of that country.

In all seriousness the sex ed system in the UK is shocking. Really needs looked at cause kids just won't take it seriously and underage preganancy just keeps rising.
I remember being made to put a condom on a banana and saying "That's the thing about eating a one of these - you never know where to look" the other folks in the class were rollin on the floor laughing and the teacher walked out before having to be calmed down by other teachers. He came back in with tears streaming down his face!

I agree, although i think our binge drinking culture also is a big factor in the teenage pregnancy thing. Something like 40% of teen mums were drunk at the time of conception.
