I've been trying to fall asleep for the past hour, and I just can't. I can't stop crying, unless I'm distracted by something, and there's nothing to distract me when I try to fall asleep...
I'm not gonna emo out and complain about the stuff that makes me cry, I'm just gonna beg for some advice. I really don't like having to stay up so long that I almost faint just in order to get some sleep...
Any good tips on how to fall asleep? Non-medicated plz...
*checks kitchen* No Oreos or other cookies. The milk thing might work, since there's some sort of sleep inducing something in milk (and banana and turkey, I think)...
Just annoying to blend it with the taste of toothpaste, but eh. Worth a try, probably...
No access to TV atm... I have my laptop, currently spending time getting some drawings done now that I'm up anyway... It's really really annoying, though, last week I got scolded for staying up to late, it'll be so unfair if it happens again because I'm unable to sleep... >_>
Speaking of reading. I should read the MWT entries... That might help...
Though I have no problem with becoming tired and wanting to sleep - it's as soon as I turn the lights off to fall asleep that it gets ruined.

I'm kind of expecting just to pass out eventually and use the advises next time it happens~ I really appreciate the advise though, I'll definitely see if at least some of them will help just a little~ Music won't, that just keeps me up, even if it's hypnotic and relaxing...
It really isn't funny to be unable to fall asleep... ):
Think about a place so peaceful and quiet. Also, whenever I try to go to sleep, I turn all the lights out except for my TV and then I stare at the ceiling. Haha, kinda weird.
Didn't I say something about no pill solutions? Ah well. Thanks for suggesting it, but I don't like pills that aren't strictly necessary... Plus, the only sleeping pills I've ever tried didn't help at all. :/
@Flippin: Ah, not really weird~ And that's actually a good suggestion. Problem is, most of the thoughts that soothe my mind are also making me cry... So much for memories. >_>
