I've been trying to fall asleep for the past hour, and I just can't. I can't stop crying, unless I'm distracted by something, and there's nothing to distract me when I try to fall asleep...
I'm not gonna emo out and complain about the stuff that makes me cry, I'm just gonna beg for some advice. I really don't like having to stay up so long that I almost faint just in order to get some sleep...
Any good tips on how to fall asleep? Non-medicated plz...
I fell asleep out of exhaustion around 8am (I'm six hours ahead of AG time)...
Meaning I slept all day AGAIN. So now I won't be really tired till sometime in the middle of the night, and it will be even harder to fall asleep at a proper time... Oh well, at least I have a bunch of advice now. Will definitely try some of them (not the punch in face thing, I kind of like my face without a broken nose).
sugar rush is also a good thing but it could leave you a headache.
and as she said in an earlier post. music will just make her more awake so music won't help.
so that means. Just lie in your bed. close your eyes on try not to distract yourself. imagine things or play games using your mind. that will probably work.
Actually I get tired from sugar rather than getting a sugar rush, but dunno if it would help enough (and it's not exactly healthy)...
I actually like your suggestion, raigeki. I think that could probably work, if I can just keep focusing on something that won't keep me awake, I should be able to fall asleep...
Well, when I can't sleep, I run around my house yelling 'To War with London!'. Then I watch an old 50's Tv show. Those Black and white shows makes me get all teary eyed. :*( *Wipes away tear*
Boil some hot water, and put spices in it. With a certain smell, I knock out immediately. If that doesn't work, try making some camermeal tea, eat something till your bloated (makes you sleepy), or use melatonin, it IS a sleeping pill, but it's just a concentrated NATURAL chemical that NATURALLY develops in your brain to help you sleep.
