That is kind of true. Yasser Arrafat stole huge amounts of tax money from his own people. His wife lives in luxury in Paris in a 1000$ per nite hotel suite. Also i would say compared to western societies the whole system is corrupt. Massive weath at the top with the Royal families in most arab nations with the majority of the people living in relative squalor.
I personally dont support the bombings either. When you look at the Israeli political context of them, there is an election coming up soon and the party in power is losing support in the polls, so they think a show of force will get them votes. Thats not to say i disagree with all bombings but not with this motivation.
I support everything the Israel people do as long as they do it for a reason. Like they did an Air strike as a retaliation to the missiles lobbed into Israel.

The Israelis were the first to break the peace and start war in the 50s. Did Israel get the man in charge? No. If he was eliminated would the war stop? No. Would it stop all the people willing to take his place from doing so? No. Have the airstrikes reduced the number of Hamas sympathisers within Gaza? No. Were the airstrikes ordered solely for a military purpose? No.
If the Palestinians can launch rockets into Israel then Israel should have the right to do something back to them. It may be worse but it has to be done to teach them a lesson.

actually, woody is completely right. like i said, out of no where the US created Isreal out of nowhere in 1948 i think, taking the palistinians out of their homes putting them in different places. now they are fighting back to regain (isreal) their home. once they attack, america turns on the palistinians and calls them terrorists. now the palistinians bomb them back trying to end palistine. now tell me, is that justice? i think isreal diserves to be taught a lesson
u know, u shouldnt listen to what the media says. i've had relitives who lived at that time and they know what rlly happened. i even have a father who fought the isrealians in the 60s when they tried to take over egypt
