I was wondering about avatars and my favorite game Fancy Pants. My idea was, that if some of the authors could make some avatars and give them to armor games, we could have avatars from our favorite games, It would be awesome to have a fancy pants avatar.
True enough. But several games follow the medieval theme, maybe those can be used.
A majority of those aren't quite popular though,and the idea would be to make it for popular games wasn't it?I am not so sure how well it would work to choose only game just because of their theme either.
No, for the merit avatars only. Not the other ones.
well I believe one of the original issues with that many people don't want armatars to be unlockable through obtaining merits.Many of the reasons for people being against it have already been posted on this thread from what I have seen.
What if you got the merit, but you also might get the avatar?

Do you really think that would something that Dan and the whole staff would want to do?Go and creating a new theme for the site/just armatars,after having the one they do now for over a year?I am not so sure that would work out too well.
Makes sense. I mean, the word Armorgames already suggests that the theme of this site, including the avatars, is medieval or at least Middle Ages. And it takes time to develop armatars, now think about how long it takes for a whole batch of twenty to thirty.

For some reason, I'm not good at getting merits. And frankly, I prefer foruming than writing game reviews. And then it would be unfair to people like me who aren't actually spammers or flamers, but simply don't write merits. So drop the idea.

Oh yeah, I can imagine loads of users using Sonny as their avatar, or Bubble Tanks. But it would look weird and mixed up with the current avatars.
Mabey some of the games will have rewards in them(the avatars were already checked before the game was added) and you can use them : ) and the game would give you a code or something.
I would like if you Armor Games creators would make the backrounds change throut the year. Like in Hollowen you can have orange and black with ghost flying around in the back.
i really think there should be like armatars coming from different popular games that most people like. Also more armatars they are fun to get and you just want to get them all. But its hard.
