Maybe Krin's adding a fourth class in a later version, which will use Cosmic and Earth. (like Psycho's lightning and shadow, Bio's physical and poison, and Hydro's fire and ice (AKA hot and cold Hydros))

If there was such a class, what abilities would it have. Going with the current pattern, there would be a cosmic build and a earth build. So I'll give my ideas.
Cosmic Since we don't really know what cosmic does, I will go with the concept of anything outside the realm of magic (minus physical). So, I would say that it would likely have to do with technology. It would likely have high instinct (because in Sonny1 it was magic and magic became instinct)

Earth Well, this is simple enough. Insanely high Vit and medium Str.
As for abilities:
Slam (CD:0) level 0 attack the target
Bury (CD:1) level 1/this move costs nothing attack a target and remove its ability to recieve healing turns without healing depends on level
Rock Wall (CD:5) level 4/13 focus Put a wall of rock between yourself and your opponent for 2 turns You cannot be attacked, but you cannot attack either
Crush (CD:4) level 6/15 focus Crush your opponent with a powerful attack Attack your opponent with 200%/250%/300%/330% of your strength and reduce their speed by 20%
Petrify (CD:5) level 8/20 focus Turn your target to stone, stunning them but greatly increasing their health. turns petrified depends on level
Golem Form (CD:15) level 8/50 focus Turn yourself into a living rock, greatly increasing your defense and attack. increases all defenses by 200% and Strength by 50%
Powderize (CD:15) level 15/40 focus Cast a powerful bolt that returns their body to the dust from whence it came. attack the target for 300%/360%/420%/480%/550% of your strength
I think a cosmic class won't be completely focusing at dealing massive damage. I think it might be a (de)buffing/healing class with not too many damaging spells too. I chose for high instinct for the good healing and spell damage. Here are some of my suggestions:
Cosmic: Medium vitality and speed, high instict, low stength
Cosmic Harmony (CD:3) Level 3 / 35 focus Heals your target. Heals your target for 50%/100%/150%/200%/250% of your instict and another 50%/100%/150%/200%/250% of your instict over two turns.
Gazing at the Stars (CD:3) Level 5 / 25 focus Your target will realise that the stars are really beautiful and he'll start gazing at them, causing him to lose focus over time. Causes your target to lose 10/30/50 focus per turn for 4 turns.
Moonlight (CD:3) Level 4 / 30 focus Your target is standing in the moonlight, causing it to heal more effective and regenerating focus. All healing done by this unit is increased by 5%/10%/15%/25% and this unit is regenerating 5%/10%/15%/25% of it's focus.
Blinding Starlight (CD:10) Level 8 / 75 focus Damage an enemy and heal yourself at the same time. Damage an enemy for 100%/150%/200%/250%/300% of your instict and speed and heal yourself for double the damage you did.
Universal Form (CD:25) Level 10 / 15% of focus and health Become one with the universe and greatly increase your healing powers. Increases your Speed and Instict with 250%; regenerate 100% of your focus every turn; regenerate 5% of your health everty turn and increase all defences by 50%. But you can only use your spells that do not damage your enemy's. You have no cooldown on the spells you can use.
Starlight (CD:3) Level 6 / 35 focus Starlight heals your target and buffs him, increasing their damage. Heal your target for 100%/200%/300% of your instict and speed and increases the damage of all damage and healing done in his next turn by 33%/67%/100%.
Cosmic Infusion (passive) Level 1 / passive Great power flows through your veins, causing you to regenerate focus over time. You're regenerating 10/20/30/40 focus per turn
Divination (CD:10) Level 8 / 35 focus You're looking at the stars and you can see the future in them. Well, not the whole future, just the 2 next turns of the ones you're fighting. Attacks against you have an additional 10%/20%/30% of missing.
I don't know if it is correct English because i'm still learning it, but I hope there aren't too many errors in it.
Here's what I see about your ideas; Universal Form; Cooldown needs a massive reduction. I don't know the cooldown of all the forms, but no higher than the longest cooldown of those.
Cosmic Infusion - Too powerful for a level 1. Level 3 will be better.
Gazing at the stars - Now THAT'S an anti-Baron technique if ever I saw one! 50 focus when maxed!? EPIC. (The second best is cold hydro at 30)

Polarity Reverse - level 10 It's Subversion, but cosmic instead of shadow.
I would say that Cosmic would be attack and debuff based, but mainly attack. Because It is still linked to earth, you would have high vit too, so don't forget that...
I actually see earth being more of the healing/buff kind, becuase i would think you would be very slow. The attacks you would have would be very powerful, and maybe a long stun attack(five turns)
yah, It would have super long cooldown times, really good healing, and the occasional nuke attack. It would probably deal overall low damage (because of long cooldowns, though some 1hit KO's would prevent it from being too low) but its healing would certainly make it worth while
