its called deficit spending, which will increase GDP (it is a part of expansionary fiscal policy) increasing GDP will raise the economy out of a recession.

If it weren't for China, America would be in deep shit than anyone else. China alone has loaned the United states the great portion of money than any other country.
The taxes are horrible.
obviously you do not pay taxes, because Obama has just signed a tax relief to ease the burden of the public. He is hoping that people would use the relief money for consumption (American consumption is 1.04 at this minute. As in for every dollar of disposable income (after tax) Americans will spend 1 dollar and 4 cents. Where is the 4 cents coming from? from their savings from previous years.

uh... no... It's the fact. Clinton left the american economy with a budget surplus of 380 billion, and now there is 1 trillion deficit due bush believing that there was enough money for him to give tax cuts.
