I feel sorry for all the people who bought tickets for the shows he was supposed to do. I'm not going to preend I liked him however a death is a death and many people will be heavily affected by this event.
I don't get it. R Kelly takes a piss on a 15 year olds face and everybody cracks the shits. Michael Jackson rapes kids, pays off the parents and then pretends nothing happened while emotionally destroying his children and every radio station in Melbourne has a day long tribute... Pfft!
Xavier1: we don't know the truth about him and his private life for sure so shout up. When I was a kid, in the early 80's, MJJ was a legend in the pop culture: no scandals about his deviated mind, no scandals about his sexuality, nothing. There was just Jacko and his music. Peaple like me, growned up with albums like Triller and Bad, with his song's related videos (one for all Thriller directed by John Landis) and with the rhythm of "Beat it" or "Billy Jean" in the ears, should admit that the world of pop music has lost something's great. He was a pedo? maybe. He was a crazy borderline with an abnormal ego? Of course he was. But I don't give a fuck. Even if he really was a masterpiece of crap in his private life, he was one of the greatest pop artist of all time.
