Aren't you Catholic, or do you get along well with each other.
Catholics are Christians, but many Christians consider them different because we follow the Pope. We have the same commandments, and I've looked over a few of them, and we have very few differences. Plus, we all believe in Jesus Christ, so I think we're all Christians.
Different practices?
There are a few. Catholics have more sacraments (baptism, communion, confirmation, etc), and believe in purgatory, a place were souls go BEFORE entering heaven to be purified, depending on their life.
Alt summmarized it pretty well, but I do want to clarrify something about the bread and wine (this practice generally gets frowned upon, with good reason by the sound of it). We believe that during the communion service, Christ is present in the bread and wine. We know it isn't actually flesh, but we believe spiritually Jesus becomes present through the ritual we are performing because he performed it before he gave up his flesh and blood. But Alt did a good job of explaining it.
