Just dumping this here. Was intended for the 50 theme thingy, but got chaotically out of hand. Bleh.


Swift claws cutting through fur, swift paws scurrying towards a dead end, no way out, no way away, stand and fight, run in circles, dodge, avoid, flee again, never stop running, never stop bleeding, run away.
Bludgeoning heartbeats, useless wings in tunnels, useless eyes in darkness, nothing to see, nothing to hear, cuts to feel, running into walls, running into mazes, flee away, run away, fly away, but can't.
Trapped, torn apart, ripped to pieces, skin shredded, mind broken, bones snapped, keep bleeding, keep hurting, keep feeling, stay alive.

Briefly. I don't usually draw scenery for the sake of scenery, but I've done a few drawings with a somewhat elaborate background. Mostly I don't really spend that much time on backgrounds, though.

Extremely well done. Your use of light and shadow is phenomenal, to say the least, and certainly better than mine will ever be. The only critique I really have is about the reflection of light on the fur. It makes me wonder if it's just a tiny bit too bright, or if minimazzelhs just use really good hair product.

Lazy shading was lazy, yeah, way too flashy highlights.

I would like to do that sometimes, you know if I could get a tablet or else it would take a while with just a mouse.
